love your vids mate. Bailey owners might be advised to check under the caravan and inspect the floor especially around the edges and corners. Bit of a design flaw really where the side walls dont protrude far enough past the floor edge which allows water to wick into the edge of the floor, my 2021 van had this issue so its not just affecting older vans. I fixed it by putting a physical flexible barrier between the wall and floor all around the van. Roof straps are also a weak point on some Baileys

@@CaravanTrailsyea it’s Alu tech construction with GRP sides, so apart from the mentioned roof strap and other sealed areas there shouldn’t be much to go wrong, it’s the floors which are still sandwiched wood that attract the problems.
