I will never have a bad thing to say about Sylvia Browne. My step daughter had cancer at age 13 and her Make A Wish was to talk to Sylvia Browne before she passed away. Sylvia helped walk her through the steps to come back and be able to visit us. For two weeks by phone every night Sylvia spoke with her and helped her understand that death is not the end, it is a new beginning...God Rest their souls...

When I was young and lived in California my best friends mother and Sylvia were good friends. I remember going to her house which was filled with white candles and she told me my spirit guide's name . I never have forgotten that day I remember it well . I loved her beautiful long nails and the kindness she showed me . I was sixteen years old and I'm now 65 . I will always cherish the time we all got to spend together . She was truly amazing .

Sylvia gave me a face-to-face reading on my birthday, 5/95. All the predictions came true. I still have the old cassette and listen to it occasionally. The session went overtime. She gave me one of her books, named my guardian angel, and told me to develop my psychic abilities that she sensed. She was right, but that's a story for another time. Thanks for making this video.

My mom, Sylvia and Joe Tschirhart were very good friends in Kansas City. Sylvia remained good friends with Joe and Mom until death. When Sylvia passed she came to me in spirit so I could give a message to Mom and Mom gave the message to Joe. Joe Tschirhart died a week later. Thank you for a very accurate video about Sylvia Browne. I miss her very much.

So I seen on television that Sylvia Brown was some one I could reach out to because I was having Dreams , I looked into spirit Now and Got a message from Sylvia she told me what those Dreams was about and for me not to be afraid . I wasn't afraid I just couldn't understand why the spirits of Dead loved ones was visiting me in Dreams , and after that I have been on a Spiritual journey. I found myself doing things by listening to my intuition as well .my Profession before loosing our mom to cancer I was a certified Nursing assistant. I have taken care of others for over 20 yrs . I'm a medium myself. Sometimes I get spirits and things confused with each other. So a friend might ask me about a friend or relative that has past but I'll be picking up on a different person completely and not realize it. So I wonder if some of her "fails" are because of that. Keep in mind she was surrounded by a lot of people on the Montel Williams show. So when one person asked about their mother, she might have picked up on stuff from another person's sister. That type of thing. I could be wrong.

I learned so much through Sylvia Browne's books. What she said about the afterlife and how we as souls write our charts for each incarnation to detail what lessons we want to learn in each lifetime made so much sense to me. She was essentially relating that we are all responsible for our own lives and I still think that is so profound and absolutely true.

I used to LOVE watching Sylvia Brown! I remember the non believers thought I was crazy for believing she was gifted but I knew just by watching her that she really had psychic abilities. I used to jokingly say to my mother if I mysteriously die find Sylvia Brown bc shes the first person I'm going to go see.
In regards to having a spiritual guide, I met mine when I was about 10 years old. I was knocked unconscious while playing ( I was a girlie tomboy). While out cold, my guide and I floated over the scene of the accident...it showed me what happened and caused me to be unconscious. I felt safe and had no pain, I was at peace. Then the guide, which felt like a male figure, telepathically told me to go back, I saw a white light and woke up out of unconsciousness. After that, and since then, I've had strong psychic intuition. That's why I knew Sylvia was the real deal. Thanks for this video❤

I didn’t know she taught Hell doesn’t exit, that is VERY dangerous. 🤬Hell most certainly does exit. The Apostles Creed says, “He ascended into Hell.” Meaning Jesus, and he warned us about Mediums and contacting the dead. I too was fascinated by her on the Montel show, until she told a Mother and Father their son was dead, killed by a Mexican man. The Mother didn’t believe her and awhile later he was found in an apartment, he had been kidnapped by a Domino pizza manager, he was a pedophile and was caught a few days after abducting another little boy, both survived, but not her career. We have to be cautious because the devil can use people to steal our souls. I pray she is at peace and in Heaven, if it is God’s will.🙏🙏⛪️

Reading for people in a crowd is dicey. She could have been given information that was confused by other energies. I'm very tuned in, through vaious means. I've been that way from childhood. I almost never predict death, even if I see it. The future can be in flux for many reasons. Sylvia is in love and bliss. I and many others have been there through NDEs and other means. There is no hell. We come here to learn, often with others in our close soal groups. Our souls are eternal and connect us all, some more closely than others.
You won't believe a word I've written. You've been groomed your whole life for the paradigm you exist within.I escaped it decades ago. I feel happy and confident now, with a few regrets for the family I chose to incarnate into. Still, I know it was necessary to help others. Peace be with you.

I’m a professional psychic in Buffalo NY and I grew up watching Sylvia’s career grow. I liked her well enough and also feel her pain (now as an adult) with having several failed marriages and some of the ex husbands who utilized her notoriety. It’s a lonely place to be, unfortunately.
As for her predictions? She was right most of the time. Had a good heart and soul. She was correct, we cannot read for ourselves. That’s a common question I get from my clients. It’s by design. If we could read for ourselves, we’d never leave the house, would we? Her prediction of her own death… she said 88 she died at 77. I can see that she felt doubled numerals. I can see how she predicted it incorrectly.
I’m very cautious about predicting times and dates of a persons death, as one of her cases with the teen boy who was found. What if they hadn’t found him? He may have been pulled out of harms way by coming out of hiding. He had an abduction. The man didn’t match the description, but could he have? Did he have a person with him? We might never know. But for all the good she’s done, I don’t think she should be trashed based on some of her later predictions.
If you take a Birds Eye view of her life, she was at about 95% accurate.
We are all in the human condition. When those of us have gifts, it’s up to us to interpret the messages that we receive. It’s not as easy as a telegram system. We are shown images, hear and feel messages.
Also take into account, the person presenting to us for readings may not be ready for what we have to tell them. They may unintentionally block their own energy, making things difficult.
When I feel that a client is blocking, I ask if they’d like to reschedule because they’re wasting money by sitting and blocking their energy. Mind you, I don’t need them to tell me a thing, but energy blocking can hinder accuracy.
I’m very proud of my work. I will not read a client who is blocking and wasting both of our time and their own money. They have all appreciated that. I strive to be the best in my industry. Thank you for showcasing her in a positive light.
Thank you and cheers from Buffalo NY 🦬

I agree with you largely. I don’t expect psychics to be perfect. However, I have always been dismayed at her perpetual lie that she “never smoked.” Former employees have said she smoked cigarettes like a chimney. Why lie about such a thing? In my mind, it was an attempt to elevate herself from the rest of humanity. There were also accounts in one of her books detailing the concerns of the departed over jewelry and property, etc. in one account, she said that an angel went down and retrieved the ring for her. I find this a sadly materialist view of both death, afterlife and spirituality. I am also of the mind that volunteering information not asked by the querent is arrogant.

Can I say this? Some people in life don't know who they really are because their lives has been manipulated in a very mundane way yet scientific or what we term as spiritual. So, they never really get to truth and their life is lived through a thin veil manipulated by higher forces of energy invited there by parents i.e. grandparent etc for some type of gain that is manifested socially. Most of these gifts come through traumatization of children. So you cant even trust your own thoughts because someone could have put them there however, you think its your experience. This life is more than what we have been taught in society as whole i.e., religion, history, education etc.

My mom was able to ask Sylvia multiple questions after a gallery reading in the early 90’s. She was 100% right on ALL of the questions asked. Here are two examples. She asked if they would be able to sell their house (listed twice previously without selling). Sylvia said yes, but really late in the listing. They received a great offer on the last day of the offer. My mom also asked if I was going to have a child. Sylvia said yes, a boy in April. I told my mom she didn’t ask what year.
I saw Sylvia in January 1995 at a gallery reading of about 500 people. I knew she was as going to choose me to ask a question. I was the 6th person out of about 20 to be chosen to ask a question. I asked if I would ever have a baby. She said yes, a boy in August. I asked what year and she said 1996. We also had a possibility of adopting a child through a family member and I asked if that would happen. She said she didn’t see that happening. The adoption possibility did not happen as mom decided to keep the child. And I got pregnant after 7 years of trying using fertility treatments. I had a boy in April 1996. I was on bed rest 3 times, but found comfort in Sylvia’s prediction.
She said for years that she was not 100% correct on everything. For me and my family she was correct on every prediction.
I think she was amazing and I am very thankful she shared her gift.

@Generic American that is an example of some out of the blue, unexplainable "thoughts" I've tossed out there over the years, beginning at the age of 5 or so. Over the years, I've observed I have these unexplainable ideas/observations/notions strongly in the Spring and the Fall. As a child/teen, my parents would confirm them if pressed, but didn't really like to talk about it. I once overheard my dad whispering to my mom on the phone about a statement/prediction I'd made that morning, totally out of the blue, that was very unlikely and not something I'd ever said before, that ended up occurring that afternoon--it was a big and impactful "thought." I am just wondering if you made other random "predictions" and if so, how your family dealt with them. Afterall, telling your brother & SIL they were having a girl post sonogram is pretty significant.

She which she did. Not cancer. Sylvia saved that young women's breast from being cut off. I know that PSYCHICs are not always 100% all the time and timing is difficult. SYLVIA was no exception. I went to see Sylvia Browne in Denver Colorado. They were taking names up for a drawing to get one question answered. I didn't enter as I had many questions and could not narrow it down to one only. She came out before the drawing and said she had to speak for a while. During that speech she answered all my many questions. Also, she described a soul scream in one of her books. I had given such a scream at an uncle's funeral as a thirteen-year-old teenager. It so shocked the family that they started only telling me of deaths in the family after the funerals had taken place. I'm 73 now and await death unafraid. I gave up Christianity as so many didn't actually follow Jesus's teachings. Any intolerant person does not. I practice the philosophy of Buddhism while not practicing it as a Buddhist would. But yes, Sylivia Browne appears to have had psychic powers but was fallible. This is why I personally never indulged my own psychic powers. I would not want to ever be wrong. It takes a gutsy person to put themselves out there when you know you will sometimes be wrong. I am not that gutsy.

I used to adore Sylvia Brown. Whether she was pyschic or not I have no idea now. I truly thought she was when she was on Montel but as we get older and wiser, I began to question her a lot after Montel. As of today I do not think she had any gift. But I read her all of her books and her angel books is the reason I am so close to God to this day because back in her Montel days I thought oh I better get myself together and get back into my faith and build a stronger bond with God or how will my children come to love him and have faith. Over time I had such a deep connection in my faith I had a unexplainable moment laying on my couch with my eyes shut while praying where I felt weightless, so much love, and happiness that I cannot even begin to put this into words because there is no word on this earth to describe it. It felt like heaven entered me or my house for what seemed like an hour but it was actually about 5-10 seconds. This was no I died and came back to life moment. I was on my couch about 18 years ago with my very young twins at the time playing in the next room and this feeling and emotion came out of nowhere and rushed me. I knew this had to have been from something directly from God or God himself. So if she had abilities or was a fraud I do not care because she ultimately helped put my butt back on my path to God with both feet. I do thank her for that even if she was or wasn't what she claimed to be. If she was was conning people and bad it didn't effect me in a negative way and there are good things that come from bad situations and people but my faith was not in her nor did I worship her. She gave me a nudge torwards God and I had faith in the Lord and worshiped the Lord, and I think thats where many people got lost. Many worshipped her, put their faith into her, and blindly followed and believed everything she said without question. There is but one that I love, worship, follow and trust completely and that is God/The Holy Trinity. I enjoyed this very much! 💚

Thanks for a very interesting and entertaining video. I have to jump off at 43 minutes but I'll finish watching it tomorrow. I would have liked to know Sylvia. She seems like she was genuinely a nice person, and very sincere.
Post video: You asked about our psychic experiences. Most of my "flashes" are about mundane, boring stuff. For example, I washed my favorite wine glass last night and as I put it in the dish drainer I knew my roommate would break it that very night. He did. I was driving to a gig 20 years ago and thinking, "I love this car" (a Honda Civic) and heard clear as day, "Don't love it too much." A couple miles later I got rear ended so bad it turned my 4-door into a 2-door. It was totaled. An earlier car flash: I was thinking about how little trouble I had had with my Civic and I heard the word "starter". The next day, the car wouldn't start. I had it towed to my mechanic who told me the starter was dead and I needed a new one. But one flash I had that dealt with world events was in 1979 when I lived in Poland. Pope John Paul (I) had just died. I *knew* that the next Pope would be Polish. I dismissed it, thinking Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski was too old. I never even considered they would choose 58-year-old Cardinal Karol Wojtyla who had a reputation for compromise with the authorities, but they did. I don't tell anyone when I have a flash, I just keep it for my own entertainment. But I do read Tarot cards and do astrology so I'm not wasting whatever abilities I have.

She would have been more accurate if she actually just flipped a coin. When journalists and others actually examine her claims, and don’t just take her word for it, she has an inaccuracy rate of 86%. This is just in regards to her “helping law enforcement” and finding missing people. It’s not harmless. She lies to people who are suffering. She takes money from the suffering and vulnerable. It’s as offensive as selling saline water to cancer patients and telling them it was chemotherapy

I was watching her on Montez once and was surprised that she was talking to the daughter of someone I knew. She was completely wrong about how he died and what kind of person he was. She basically told her what she wanted to hear. The guy was a thief (he stole my sisters ring) he was a liar, sold drugs, was violent, and died by a gun fight with police in a motel.

I always felt that she was perhaps talented in some psychic sense but was pretty much full of it most of the time. She told some people during a Montel show that their son was dead, giving details that ended up being completely bogus. The son wasn't dead, and she caused those folks so much anguish. While she may have got it right on occasion, she did a great deal of harm when she threw out completely wrong info. While I believe she had talent when young, it wasn't so hot when she got older.

@@josi4251 When a person has psychic abilities they are not 100 percent going to be able to be accurate. The part of them which feels pain of others and can see and know things is not always on. But the more they tap into it and the greater the percentage of being correct can be assessed and then people can make a choice as to believing in them or not. I know about the kids whom she reported to be dead vs. alive. I just saw it in this video. I am 100 percent sure this would cause horrific distress to any loving parent. I cannot explain it except maybe its like doing any job in life, you get very accomplished and then it gets to be automated and you could perform the job without much thought.
Maybe she was having health issues and distracted in older years. I do think its pretty obvious when Law enforcement which is based of just the facts was reaching out to her. I think there is a spectrum of ability in the psychic realm and it varies with time in a persons life. She seemed to have devoted her life to helping others in a non-conventional way. I think she was a good person.

Just found your channel. I really enjoyed it, so I subscribed. I was a fan of Sylvia Browne. I think she did amazing things. Not everyone can be right about everything. She had a wonderful gift and helped so many people. I'm a believer in psychic mediums. I've never been to one, I'm actually afraid to go see one because I have had a rare disability for over 5 years, and I really am afraid of what I will be told. I would love to connect with my mom that passed away very suddenly and maybe even my dad that left us when I was 4. When I say left, I mean he chose to leave our family and have a life without us. He did end up passing away alone when I was an adult and I wonder if he ever thought about us.
I am sad to see that Sylvia passed away. Hopefully she is enjoying her after life and will still be able to help people in a spiritual way.

I have read all her books and learned so much from her. She was a big part of my spiritual journey. I saw her live once. My friend got picked to ask a question. Reading her books answered a lot of questions and really opened my eyes. Now I am into the Matthew books, Deloris Cannon and some others. I feel Matthew picked up where Sylvia left off, but many similarities.

I will always believe there is a higher power guiding us and helping us get through our time in this place.

Last visit was Feb 2012 and Sylvia passed away 8 hours after my mom passed Nov 2013. Amazing Psychic, and she was gifted and no psychic can be right every time only God can do that. I have many of her books and was deeply saddened by my moms death and then learning of Sylvias. We all are born into this world and we all pass away and go to the other side. Sylvia Browne Is my favorite human, now favorite spirit. It was because of her book I stumbled upon “ The Other Side and Back” that I understood what had happened to me when I drowned and had an NDE , I wept as I turned nearly every page in that book , then went on to read and collect every one of her books , I got to meet her and she signed a couple of my books , and I give her all the credit of completely changing my life and me embracing that I’m a little different as well and to surrender and accept gifts given to us . She has always made it clear that no one is 100 percent and has owned her mistakes, we all make them .This place is a better place because of everything she devoted her life too never given up , she will forever be my inspiration and Mentor , if it wasn’t for me finding her book by accident, I don’t think I would be the person I am today . To Sylvia , I bow to you in Great Humbleness and I know your Doing great things even on the other side !

Sylvia lived in the San Franciso Area and I once checked out her fees for a reading out of curiosity. Thousands of dollars, and an empire built on celebrity, books, tapes, etc. Red flags went up right there. A true gifted person doesn't do this, especially to those who are grieving and will do almost anything to find hope. I do think that some are gifted to help others, but they are humble and don't make tons of money of it.

She had to make a living somehow and I’m sure her readings provided a good part of it but as it’s been pointed out she did a lot of pro bono things and helped many who could not afford her. She solved many tough cases for law enforcement and was often called on for help by various police cases. Sure, she was wrong at times but she never claimed to be 100% on the money! I admired her greatly and believed in her most of the time. Alas, all good things must come to an end and so we had to wish her a fond farewell. Godspeed Sylvia , may you rest in heavenly peace until the day Jesus brings us all together again. I look forward to finally meeting her should that happen.

People can say whatever they want about Sylvia but I & several members of my family loved her & were brought a kind of peace, spiritual peace, from her. I have known about my Spirit Guide long before I knew who he was. I was blessed to see him in a dream that progressed over the course of a week, then they stopped. It was after the death of my step dad but had nothing to do with him & truthfully I wasn't that heart broken over his passing. I knew when he was around by smelling Wintergreen or a thought would come to me as an answer to things I knew nothing about, like an electrical component in a A/C unit. True enough, it WAS that part & needed replaced. The list is long & can be about anything & anyone. What was crazy was my late husband would see a woman in an old fashioned outfit (dress & bonnet) He had seen her in his dreams before but once in a dream where he was flying he ran smack into her & crashed back into being awake. He was super into Sylvia Browne in his last months of life (we didn't know this was going to happen) & said she brought him a lot of peace. He had back surgery & woke to find his Spirit Guide sitting in the guest chair of his hospital room. She said, "it's OK, I'm here." He told her to GO NOW! They'd made a mistake during his surgery & he almost died. A few weeks later he woke to her sitting on the bed. He told me about it & I told him I had felt someone sitting next to me on the bed & woke to neither him or the pets, not being there, in fact it would make someone sitting in the middle of the bed between us. We had to go back for him to have another surgery & after the tests on the drive home we were just talking. I was deathly ill at the time, not him but I had to drive because he couldn't. He'd been pretty out of it all day & I thought it was the new meds. He said, " You know how Sylvia Browne says that when you are born, you also know when you are going to die? I know." The next morning I woke up but he did not. He was only 53. Those words haunt me to this day. I wish he had told me! I wish I hadn't changed the subject but I was driving on the freeway at the time & once home, he only wanted to sleep. He did not seem at all upset or anything but I was. Especially after that next morning. He was gone & knew he would be but didn't want to freak me out. The whole thing did. Still does. My Spirit Guide was with me A LOT those first couple of years until I got well, now it's just every now & then. I am comforted by his presence. I think his SG sat by me that one time because she knew she'd be taking him away soon, I will swear to my last breath she put her hand on me as she sat there, that's why I thought it was my husband waking me up.

It's so sad that Sylvia is not recognized or even mentioned now, even though she was one of the very first to so publicly and fearlessly help awaken people to spirit and share the light of who we really are. Yet because she was publicly bad mouthed , not one of these podcasts talk or even mention her name, and she was publicly channeling in the 70's! Sylvia Browne's book was the first time I truly understood what happened to me as a child and why I just knew things and heard and saw things.

It's weather or not you believe in yourself. Some of us know we are different and choose to develop our abilities and some are afraid of them so they shut them down. Sylvia herself had said many times that all psychics, including herself, aren’t right 100% of the time. She admitted when she was wrong and did a lot things pro bono, free, and she helped law enforcement and other people whenever she could. She didn’t have a narcissistic bone in her body, nor was she selfish. She could definitely be abrasive, bordering on rude at times, and she could turn people off because of her personality. But I don’t think that everybody understands that she grew up with a mother who hated her and was abusive to her. She suffered a lot of unfair things in her life, including a spouse that was horrible to her. But she faithfully loved God and opened a church to spread His love and help others around the world. I’m not saying she was perfect. But I respect her gift and her commitment to helping others. Nobody’s perfect. And I challenge everyone who wants to bash Sylvia Browne to look at themselves, and their loved ones and people that they trust and think are wonderful, to not find mistakes that they’ve made throughout their lives. I’m a woman who is really bad at communicating with people and I come off as uncaring and rude sometimes. But if you could read my mind, you’d see that I’m not trying to be mean or sound like I don’t care. I suffer to get out the words I want to say, yet I’m unable to express myself the way I’d like to. I’m a caring person and I go out of my way to help people see how special, smart and wonderful they are. But it’s difficult for me to say what I’m thinking and therefore, I sound like a jerk. It takes awhile to realize that I’m actually a loving and kind person. So I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. And I’ve read most of Sylvia’s books, watched her on tv and I was lucky enough to get a short reading from her during one of her lectures. And her reading was spot on!! I wasn’t expecting what she said, but she was absolutely right and I thank her because I listened to her and was able to escape a terrible situation and stop a lot of bad things from happening. So please, I understand that she wasn’t right about a few things in her readings, and that’s unfortunate. But she genuinely tried to help. It’s not like she took money from them. She had a reading that didn’t work out and I have no doubt that she felt bad about that. She’s the real deal and I respect her and her gift. If you don’t believe in what she does, that’s unfortunate, but understandable. However, it’s not right to go out of your way to bash her and try to make her and the people who loved her feel horrible about what she has spent most of her life doing. She was a researcher and she traveled the world looking for answers to questions that she herself, among many others, had. You don’t have to believe her, or even like her. But please don’t say terrible things about her that are hurtful and not even true if you do your research on her. I don’t believe in many psychics/mediums. But I won’t deny it when a gifted psychic tells me, and other people, some things that cannot be guessed or found out ahead of time. Be open to understanding that there’s things in our world that can’t be answered with science and reading. There’s many things that humankind isn’t capable of understanding yet. So instead of attacking, or making someone feel bad about themselves, just accept that they may have a gift that cannot be explained by science. And everyone can make up ideas that attempt to explain how they did, or knew, the things they did, but it’s all just theories. And their theories are basically what they’re trying to prove is what the people they’re attacking are doing!! There’s no hard evidence that they know what they know because they’re psychic. That’s a given. But you’re in fact doing the same exact things to the people that you’re trying to disprove. It’s a really bad look and it’s not going to convince anybody except those that have been angry and closing themselves off to any possible truths that are out there. Okay, I’m finished here. Thanks for reading this if you made it this far. I wish everyone a great day and I hope that helped someone observe things a little differently than they previously did.

Attempting to get people to see that she was not a psychic and was taking advantage of vulnerable people is not "bashing" or defaming her. Defamation, by definition, is knowingly making false statements with the intention of causing monetary and/or social harm.
      **More importantly**
**People acting in good will NOT shame or belittle you for believing her (or any other charlatans or snake oil salesmen). People commenting in good faith WILL NOT insult you or call you names. Our goal is to show people when and how you have been deceived and exploited in order to empower you to prevent it from happening again.**
It's the talk shows and other ratings hungry media outlets that platformed her that should be ashamed.
I don't know what you mean by researching her, but the books she wrote are not reliable sources. If she wrote about some spiritual concept(s) or practices that helped you in some way, great. I'm not here to take that away from you. But you finding some spiritual teaching does not make any of her claims of clairvoyance reliable by association. To use an analogy: My mother is a Lutheran pastor and shares Christian (i.e. spiritual) teachings. But if she told me that she has literal conversations with God or sits with Jesus, I'd be booking a psych evaluation.
There's not a single police department or law enforcement officer that attests to Browne helping any investigation. Law enforcement does not seek out psychics. Tip lines for high profile cases get hundreds or even thousands of calls from psychics claiming to know something. One father testified that they got over 9000 tips in the 2 years his son was missing. LEO have to follow up on all tips that come in. The result is wasting thousands of dollars in resources and man hours on multiple wild goose chases, some of which even delayed the rescue of victims.
Of course she admitted "psychics" aren't always right. That's not something to praise her for. Problem is, she was never right. Investigate journalists have dedicated much of their time to documenting and archiving cases she claimed to have helped.
She has convictions of investment fraud, grand theft, and grand larceny. There are interview clips of her being down right despicable to grieving families. In one a couple wants to know what caused their 18 yro daughter's death. Browne bursts out with, "She was shot." When the girl's mother tries to explain her daughter collapsed in her room and autopsy was inconclusive, Sylvia cuts them off, saying "I don't care. She was shot."
Finally, probably the strongest peice of evidence against her is her refusal to prove her claims in a controlled environment. She spent a good two decades bragging that she could prove her legitimacy and would accept the James Randi Educational Foundation's One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge to demonstrate supernatural abilities in a controlled scientific test. @@K.Marie119 You must have some antiquated information about law enforcement. Law enforcement contacted Sylvia Browne for help on numerous occasions and she helped different agencies to get them information that would help them out. I myself worked in law enforcement as a career and I know for a fact that detectives and other sworn officers would use psychics if they found a reputable person that could help them out. And Sylvia never charged law enforcement for her help. She would simply answer calls from different agencies with questions that she may or may not be able to help them with. There’s absolutely charlatans out there. Many people who take advantage of others who are searching for help and answers. I’m very weary of anyone who I don’t know anything about. But I also respect and trust and thank all the psychics out there who are helping people with their amazing and God given gifts. The older I get, the more I’m able to intuitively understand for myself. I’m not a psychic, but I respect and admire those who are. Because they do good things for others and they were chosen to have their gift by God because He recognized something in them that would help them help others. You obviously aren’t going to change your mind anytime soon and I’m not going to bother trying to because you are dead set against psychics and nothing will ever convince you otherwise. Even if you sat down with one and they told you many things that nobody could have known, you would still come up with some silly reason why you think that they found out those facts about you. You refuse to open your mind and explore the possibility that you might be wrong and that there’s things in this world that you can’t explain. It takes a certain kind of person to completely change the way they have always thought. Those people are stubborn to a fault in some instances. They will become angry and insulting and even abusive to others who dare to argue against what they wholeheartedly believe. I’m aware that maybe I’m wrong and I’m going to find out the truth one day. I’m okay with being mistaken about something. But I also will stand up with people who I believe are real and are using their gifts to help others, despite the unfortunate reality that some people are going to be very mean and even abusive towards them because they don’t believe in what they do. I choose peace and giving people the benefit of the doubt. I hope you open your mind one day and see the truth. But I’m not counting on it. Thanks for your reply and your heartfelt response that you clearly put a lot of effort into. I appreciate that. It’s these kinds of discussions, where we don’t necessarily agree with each other, but we can speak in reasonable terms, that make humans who they are today. We’ve been around for a long time now and there’s a reason for that.

@ktermalkut8332 There's a Massive difference between the occult and Psychics. I know I'm a Psychic we Don't have Anything whatsoever to do with the occult. Nor do we have any contact with Anyone who deals with the occult. What we do is for the greater good of other's. We're Not put in this world to hurt others but to help. I'm sorry you were in an occult and things went bad for you . But be thankful you got away and are now enjoying life. Think about those who Can't break away from them. Nor do we come to Steal or Destroy people. That's Not why the Creator ( God) put us here on earth. Sorry if you've been left thinking that's what Everyone including Psychics like myself are like. However we are Not.

@@joanewood2647 like you say there are "good" witches and bad witches?
a witch is a witch and it deals with the unholy side and the demonic.
psychics can be easily influenced by the demonic. They believe they are independent but they are not. They are more susceptible to error when they have had OPEN DOORS to the demonic by childhood trauma etc.
There are ONLY TWO spirits in the world - The HOLY and the unholy (satan/the deceiver who is wired to ONLY KILL STEAL DESTROY and is the FATHER OF LIES).
To the extent you are not FULLY COMMITTED to LOVE The LORD GOD The FATHER of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST Who is ONE with The FATHER and is GOD (not any sort of master), you are under the control of the unholy.

Thank you for this great video about Silvia Browne. I saw Silvia on a Show in a Casino in Biloxi and enjoyed it very much. I also loved her to see on the Montell Shows. I learnt lots from her books especially “The other side and back” and I noticed similarities with my life. Unfortunately I had no grandmother to ask specific questions and so I kept my feelings for myself. Like Silvia I never could sleep in a completely dark room, now I knew why, bc the dark room gets filled with spirits, this is just one example. I am clairsentient and like Silvia I cannot see things about myself, my own future, but I pick up a lots about other people and I always surprise my friends with very exact predictions and/or warnings about their future. No psychic is always and 100% correct, the best psychics are about 85% correct, so always remember this and don’t judge Silvia to harsh for a few wrong predictions. She was a very good psychic medium and I will always remember her.

It is sad that neither Sylvia, nor you, Investigator had a chance talking about the possibility that God, or Sylvia's guides intentionally gave her the tragic information; because it is very likely that those parents were supposed to get the terrible news about their missing children first. Now we know so much more about the "Soul Contracts" among spirits before we come down to Earth. I am sure Sylvia has been working hard on sending us the latest information about the Other Side. She was an amazing psychic! If she acted senseless sometimes, because there is a limit how much pain our heart can handle with those many difficult readings!!! Please people, don't shoot the messenger!!!! Love you all!!!

You are quite right from my experience with Sylvia in the late 1970’s. She was a ½ hr late for my reading, apologizing and saying that in the preceding reading she had to tell a mother that she had cancer and wasn’t going to survive. It was personally upsetting to her and she needed to take time to clear her heart and head before doing my reading.

Sylvia Browne was a naturally gifted psychic, but her history of lying about her past, including the fact that she “never smoked, I just have a raspy voice” despite former employees saying she smoked like a chimney and her organized cash grab later in life is enough to distrust her. Sylvia fell into a trap that many psychics do. She allowed her fame to override her own gift. When a mystic does this, they tune to lower vibration entities which often give false information. The difficulty comes when those entities give a mixture of false and genuine information.

@@pagen5219 I disagree. Your job is not to assume the fate of one’s soul. Only Christ can separate the wheat from the chaff. Your arrogance is no different than that which Sylvia displayed later in life.

I belonged to Sylvia's church in Campbell Ca. I also help transcribe some of her work. She is the real thing, I saw it over and over. I still have my tape and all came true. Yes she made mistakes but nothing is 100% correct all the time. Her son took over for her. I miss her and her church. I moved to Colorado in 2001.

How wonderful that you still have the tape cassette ! I wish I hadn’t lost my tape from my session with Sylvia during a move. My 4 children would be astonished at her accuracy and depth of knowing their futures. Her reassurance to me at a very challenging time in my life brought me much comfort. She said it was unusual that she could tell a single mother of 4 very traumatized kids that they would all turn out well. She nailed their personalities and described deep details of both their present issues at the time and accurately predicted both their and my futures.
