    That wasn't me, but I am surprised they did't check if they got single cells.
    Another thing is they didn't tell how to freeze cells: slowly (+4 -> -20 -> -80 -> liquid nitrogen) or immediately?

    How much freez media should we add?also if too.much of the freez media is added would it kill the cells? Please respond back. Thank you

      While adding a slightly excessive amount of freezing media might not be detrimental, there are some potential downsides:
      • Dilution: Excessive media can dilute the cell concentration in the final cryopreserved vial. This might affect cell viability after thawing.
      • Slower Cooling: A larger volume of media might take longer to cool down during the freezing process. Slower cooling rates can be less efficient for cryopreservation.

    Can DMSO be frozen and have same benefits when unthawed ?

      Yes, DMSO can be frozen and retain its benefits when thawed under the proper conditions.
