    Thank you, this video is perfect! I had training on this yesterday but with so many steps, it's tricky to remember everything. I'm currently studying for a Masters degree in Infectious Diseases and I have to use this technique for my Thesis project. Thanks again :)

      ***** for me no more humiliating from my supervisor, due to repeated asking about the technique :)

    Hello. I have a practical work with MDA-MB-231 cells to perform, could you tell me for how long do you incubate them at 2:10 ? Thanks in advance

      Any one types, its not important but, remember that the suspension cells must be centrifuged at 200 rotation per min (rpm) for 5 min.

    When are controls done with cell culture

    • @kosheeka
      @kosheeka 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Controls are essential in cell culture experiments to ensure the validity and reliability of your results. Here are the key times when controls should be incorporated:
      • Before Experiment Initiation
      - Cell Line Authentication
      - Mycoplasma Testing
      - Media and Reagent Quality Control
      • During Experiment Setup
      - Positive and Negative Controls
      - Treatment Controls
      • Throughout the Experiment
      - Monitoring Cell Growth and Viability
      - Contamination Checks
