Patrick, Watching your videos have taught me a lot about what I've been doing for the past months. I've been watching the wrong people talk about things they have no idea what they're talking about. In other words, I've been wasting a lot of time watching people talk about "nothing". You get to the point, expose the problem and propose a solution. Simple and powerful. You are the top "predator" in the B2B lead generation world. Congratulations and thanks a lot!

Hey Patrick, Really appreciate what you are doing. As a new sales rep, you are helping me to progress much quicker with your tips. It's a great pleasure to see them working, skyrocketing my succes rates over time. Again, thank you.

Hey Patrick i am new to the game of sales, being naive my boss often asks me to use email campaign for reaching out to the leads, what do you prefer? Secondly, being a v small scale business , not having zoom info, or any lead discovery s/w , how do you find out phone numbers of the lead, apart from the calling out front desk, which is annoying cause at times they do not connect you to the stakeholders? Also I am grateful to your teaching, they are really so valuable, to the point, makes one feel, it is not tough, if u decided you can really do it Keep up !
I have a sugeestion for you Patrick. Can you make like a series video where you let us as your subscribers send out our own cold emails to you for feedback? these types of videos would help out so so much.
Hey Patrick, it would be great if you started posting a link to where we can download the templates you showcase on your vids. I find myself manually rewriting them so that i can use as a basis to my own email. Just a thought. Love the vids though
Hi Patrick! Thank you so much for the video! I've learnt a great deal! May I ask how should one come up with an email title that would generate interest?
Hey Patrick, I just started looking into cold emailing and your videos have been a huge help. I have a question about my situation, I am in highschool looking to reach out to companies and write cold emails out for them but I don't know if I have to be employed in a company to write out cold emails. I am also stuck on how many new customers I need to bring these companies and how much I should charge monthly if I am able to do this.
Thank you so much for all of your videos! They're simple and easy to follow. I did have a few questions: How often do you recalibrate your process? And, do you ask for feedback from your clients on your approach?
Appreciate the support! When you're looking to improve your cold emails, you'll want to A/B test different parts of the email. For example, having two different subject lines and see which get better results. On the next campaign, build a list of similar prospects and take the winning subject line from the first campaign, and create another variation of that subject line to see if that performs better. You can do this for any part of the cold email from: subject line, first line, pain, solution, call to action, etc. Also, when prospects decide to take a meeting with you, ask them what got them interested in taking the meeting. From there, you'll get a better understand of what works and put more emphasis on those points in the next cold email campaign. Hope that helps.
This video was extremely informative! I learned a lot about cold emailing and the different tactics to use to increase the chances of getting a reply. The presenter did a great job explaining the concepts in a clear and concise manner. In my opinion, the best tool to send cold emails is BulkResponse. It offers a range of features such as email design, automation, reporting, and a drag-and-drop email builder that make it easy to create and send effective cold emails. Additionally, its robust deliverability infrastructure and practices ensure maximum email delivery, increasing the chances of your cold emails being seen and acted upon.
Like learning from you hearing what you have to say the only thing I would suggest is if you could slow down a little I'm trying to catch up to what you're saying but everything that you're talking about sounds great
Great video bro! I am new to your channel but as a person who have watched many other content creators on email marketing topics yours is by far the best :) Thanks for sharing your insights and keep it going !
Hey Patrick. Great video! My cold emailing is gonna rock with this template. I couldn't help but wonder how you manage all the cold emails you send. How do you know which people have already been contacted, if they responded or not, what types of templates are working, etc? Do you have a system to streamline this process? Thx for the value!
Go on review websites like G2 and see what people are saying about your competitors. Make a list of all your competitions' weaknesses to see if their weaknesses are big enough problems that they might be willing to completely replace that software with an alternative (aka your software). So when you're writing cold emails or cold calling, you're going to use these known pains as talking points. If the person actually has that pain, they suddenly become much more open to talking to you.
Excelent video, Patrick! Thanks for all the information. I have a question. Do you reccomend using an email marketing software from the beggining? Or should I just send directly from my email? Thanks again!
Hey Patrick, Loved the video! Have you found there is a preferable day of the week to send emails such as Tuesday - Thursday. Just wondering if the open rates are better during certain times of the week.
Tuesday through Thursday works best for me. But Monday and Friday will still get good results from my experience. For some campaigns, sometimes the day doesn't make a statistical difference. The best way to know what works for you and your specific sale is to send it on all the days and look at the data to see what's working. You might find that Monday's actually work best for you. So make sure you're using some kind of software to track your cold emails.
@@patrickdang Thanks for your reply. I got my first meeting this morning!! The meeting date is 4 days away. Do you recommend I go ahead and send an email out acknowledging the calendar invite and comfirming the telephone number or should I wait until the day before?
Love your content Patrick... planning to launch an email campaign to carefully selected companies, would you create a separate email domain to send from in order to protect your main one?
I have a question on the financial niche .. can you please elaborate on the opportunities.. more on the sub niches of the financial industry because I know of only the trading industry and insurance.. I need it to plan my cold emailing .
Hey thanks for the question. Now don't take this the wrong way but I feel you can find all types of different niches in finance by typing that into Google. For example, try "top finance niches" or "top niches in insurance" and you'll start getting an idea of what the landscape looks like. From there, you can make a list of all the possible niches you come across and decision which one you want to target.

Hi Alex, how does this process work when you are a supplier? I typically have to get to a 3rd party that has been hired by the company and work through them. Any suggestions? Also, is it bad if your email is too long? I feel like if I follow the Relevant, Pain, Solution, CTA could be too long?
Hey Patrick, Just sent my first cold email and still haven't gotten a response. Do you suggest I DM the client on his social account and tell him to go take a look at the email or just talk business directly
Hey Patrick, I belong to a translation and localization industry as a bdm could you kindly help me out with some cold email templates to reach prospects to sale our services?
Hi Patrick, I noticed that there are two paragraphs that are pretty much the same (the one has 'feel free to schedule the time on my calendar') Is that ok for duplicating the paragraphs in a cold email?
Hey Patrick, love the content I am trying to target doctors for funding solutions. Without giving too much detail, I understand their CEO and owners are mainly "on the floor" of their business so they are less likely to open my emails (during specific hours at least) but, I am struggling to get above a 50% open rate for this niche. I have been working on optimizing my subject lines it for like 4 months, do you have any thoughts that might help me boost open and response rates?
Depends on what outbound strategy you're using and how you want to scale and keep track of your data in your CRM. It also depends if your industry is more active on LinkedIn vs. email.
Great video, but at 1:09 (where we are still thinking that you are just showing us how to write an email) you go right into a loom video without even saying what this has to do with email.
