I tend to go there when solo, always angle the camera down so you can see geysers. But i agree habing them less frequent would be nice. I do enjoy a good volcano. I started just sailing when they happened. Find it fun avoinding the rocks, and use it for helmsmen training. If you have a crew with you. Just one of you sail to another island until it's done. They go off in cycle and if you learn it you can start preparing to leave sooner.
i always go there solo (or tend to) as its more rep, shorter distence, and loot worth more, plus, good training on repairing your ship and putting out fires, if it wasnt for that, i couldnt efficiantly put out a mast fire quickly, and my bucket aim is better
Thank you for this video. Love all your ideas. I would like to see the Burning Blade incorporated into this region. The ship is impervious to fire and would make a great playground for that particular ship.
I've got a theory. If you stay in a server long enough, it'll mostly empty out. I stated in the same server for bout 6 hours last night and at first there was a reaper doing a fotd stack. I did a sea fort and just sailed around grabbing random treasure. Once that reaper was gone we got some ritual skulls from a skelly fleet and some ashen winds skulls from a FOF. We went unbothered this whole time. We decided toput our skulls to use and did a 2 stack and used the fire skulls to quickly kill greymarrow. The ashen winds skull kills him soooo fast. Faster than doing a keg wall. Anyway, I say all this to say the server was pretty much empty and non-hostile. There was a guild doing a treaury up north and we was just running the server uncontested. I ended w 3 foods, a Fof, Ashen winds Boss, and a couple skelly fleets
Is it just me or is the deadlock jailer dbl barrel very inaccurate compared to the flintlock deadlock jailer pistol? On the dbl the bullet is higher than the notch in the gun whereas the flintlock version is pretty spot on where the nonché is showing
It would be cool if the volcanos are removed or be less anoying and make it that when your in the devils roar random incounters are far more likely to happen
i like the devils roar as it is i would not want to change them cause i like it for the reason i can chill there when i feel like it to me its the least hostile area in the game cause the only real danger is other players for me i rather have a bigger map with more regions i dont get why ppl cry for it would be too big to be fair only the pvp sweats cry like this and there fore Hourglass exists so make map bigger and crybabies freaking go do HG and dont annoy others on the map if pvp is all u care about also mby unpopular opinion but the only ppl who cry about map would be too big is the pvp ppl who dont use HG cause in HG they meet ppl with skill but they want to have the adventure easy targets thats why they have a problem with "too big of a map" but maybe thats just my thinking of it devils roar is perfect as it is to me
@@AgentMurden oh i do for some commendations like the fishing but u cant progress in safer seas and i dont mind pvp but sometimes u want to just chill hen i started in season 2 there was no safer seas so i came to love the roar for when i want a more chill session well the devs decide toards the most stuff ppl cry about just look at the now ugly lookind DA sails sure the change came from the developers but think about why they made the decision to do so thats clearly not only them on theyr own its heavy influenced by the mi mi mi like with the da sails eventho everyone could get them ppl still complaint but maybe thats just my opinion
They need to make a reapers hideout in the devils roar, it could be a more modern and organized one
The Reapers should launch another attack but on Morrow’s peak this time.

I do ashen athenas with HG up. Devils is perfect as is.
Most development time seems to be dedicated to Emporium now so I doubt we will ever get a truly big update again
It also has the box of wonderous secrets (I’ve found 2) 😊

Keg wall is instant death if done correctly. Ashen Winds is not instant.
Hey! I'm trying to start making sea of thieves content as an xbox player, what do you use to be able to record gameplay and upload it?
I’m not on Xbox, I’m on PC so I don’t know what to recommend for you

Its just you. Cosmetics do not make anything better, unless you are skill gapped.
@@l05tw0bbl3 nobody said nor implied that cosmetics make anything better
Reapers should settle there imo with some unique voyages. That would give players a reason engage in pve and pvp
The devils Roar is directly tied to Flameheart. His ship is being added next season. You made this video too early.
There’s nothing we have learned about Season 13 that suggests that Devils Roar will receive substantial update for next season
I really like your ideas, especially the Fort of Fortune and Sea Fort thing. Maybe we get a few updates now where Flameheart is back.
It would be cool to tie them to Flameheart’s return

The making the map too big came from the developers not pvpers crying over it. If you really don’t like other players then play safer seas
