    This is the best explanation - Why do I need a full scientific explanation to explain why I should exercise?? Not only exercise, but combination of different exercises - I also didn't know how much atp helps to stop muscles from binding together and becoming shorter! At least I think that's what I'd just heard, leading me to this video!

    Lactate is a product of homolactic fermentation not glycolysis. Glycolysis is: Glucose+ 2NAD+ +2ADP + 2Pi ==> 2 pyruvate + 2 NADH + 2ATP + 2H20 + 4H+. Glycolysis is a pre-cursor to homolactic fermentation becuase the pyruvate is then used to make the lactate in the absence of O2 (or ethanol in plants).

    Question: So what system is best for FAT LOSS?

    • @whatsupdude2778
      @whatsupdude2778  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Nice Stuff, I really think it is different for each person depending on their fitness level and what type of exercises they are doing. I believe that it is good to change things up, because the body adapts very quickly. Maybe do a cardio session one day of 20 second sprints and 60 seconds of rest, or faster, shorter runs and then in the next cardio session do slower longer run, then the next cardio session do a circuit of step ups or jumps, push ups and crunches. Playing different sports is also a great alternative, the main thing is to change things up to challenge your body. Thanks, hope that helps you out.

    Interesting because I learnt the second and third systems' names as Lactate (not Glycolitic) and Aerobic (not Oxidative). I suppose it's just semantics but interesting that they have alternative names.
