@@Temerario26Z no, this glitch exists in the OG sonic colours~ I know this b/c I used the “space portal glitch” that uses the rocket to sequence break the boss fight and make it kill itself. Don’t believe me? Search it up for yourself.

nah, the original version is more polished and the graphics are better if you emulate. There may be a couple speedrun strats that are different between versions but the original isnt a senseless cash grab with obnoxious changes
I am personally enjoying it a lot, and i played the og one on Dolphin, this one is easier to pick up and play. Judging from your profile pic i think you will have a good experience either on Xbox or PC

Honestly the boost doesn’t seem that much slower to unleashes boost when a speed runner uses it its just for the casual play through theres just so many things that want you to stop going fast
Yeah, Colors definitely has more of a Sonic 1 philosophy to speed than Sonic 2 like the other boost games have. Speed is the reward for skillful play, the game isn't gonna hand it to you and ask you to maintain it (at least in the side acts mostly anyway).
