    Thanks for sharing. There's a lot of good information here except in my opinion for the approach of setting glasses on a table to see if they sit flat. I think that might be good advice for off the shelf frames but sometimes frames become asymmetrical after an adjustment from an optician because more often than not our facial features are asymmetrical too.

      Hey there! Glad you found the video helpful! That is definitely a good point. In addition to shaping the frames to lay flat, you can also use a similar method at the nose bridge to help your frames fit tighter or looser depending on your face shape.

    i have both the nose pads and silicone temple holders at the same time. i find its the sweat or oil on my nose still making them to slip. i periodically wipe off the oil on the top of my nose and the bridge of the glasses with my t-shirt.

    At 2:35 you show a hairdryer over the bridge. It should not be used near the lenses. They should be covered with a cloth to protect them from the heat if adjusting behind the ear.

      Good catch Pete! You should absolutely cover or uninstall your lenses before heating up the frames.
