      ክብደትን ሳይቀንሱ የሆድ ቦርጭን መቀነስ የሚቻለው በታለመላቸው የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴዎች እና በተመጣጣኝ አመጋገብ ነው። የሆድ ጡንቻዎትን ለማጠናከር እንደ:
      planks
      crunches
      leg raises
      ባሉ ዋና ልምምዶች ላይ ያተኩሩ። እንዲሁም፣ የጡንቻን ብዛት በሚጠብቁበት ጊዜ ስብን እንዲያጡ ለማበረታታት ትንሽ የካሎሪ እጥረት ይከተሉ። ለበለጠ ደግሞ ግቦችዎን እና ፍላጎቶችዎን የሚያሟላ ለግል የተበጀ እቅድ (personalized plan) ከአካል ብቃት አሰልጣኝ ወይም የስነ ምግብ ባለሙያ ጋር ያማክሩ።

      ከአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ በኋላ ገላውን መታጠብ ከስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴ በኋላ የዕለት ተዕለት እንቅስቃሴዎ አስፈላጊ አካል መሆን አለበት። ንፅህናን ከማግኘቶም በላይ የልብ ምትዎ እና ሙቀትዎ በተፈጥሮ እንዲቀንስ ይረዳል። ለብ ያለ ወይም ቀዝቃዛ ሻወር መውሰድ የተሻለ ይሰራል።
