I would like to share my experience with ACV. I was admitted to emergency with a diverticular abscess when I was 35. I didn't have any issues for 18 years and then I developed a bone infection and was on-and-off antibiotics for 2 years. The antibiotics (and stress) flared my condition. I started elimination diets, quit drinking, started cooking most of my own food. My blood pressure also dropped 40 points just by doing those things. In 2019 I developed a fistula between my bowel and bladder which caused prostate and urinary tract infections, and I was back to taking antibiotics again (fluoroquinolones, no less). I had a bowel resection 10 months after the symptoms started but I knew what it was right away. Since the surgery, diet has been my focus. I take a variety of naturally-sourced probiotics and use Kefir for baking now. I make and freeze bone broths to make soup for weekday lunches, baked or overnight oats for breakfast, and dinners are a protein and vegetable; stir fries are helping this process for weekly prep. I avoid corn (and corn by-products if I can), nuts, and seeds, and most processed food. The few times I ate corn or chopped nuts, it could take weeks for it to pass. The point of all of this being, I know my bowel habits very well. I started intermittently drinking ACV 2 years ago and it makes such a difference to my regularity. I think that it kills bad bacteria in diverticular pockets and helps prevent abscesses. I also think that ACV helps breakdown these complicated foods (corn, nuts, seeds) that can get 'stuck' in our digestive tract, and aids in getting them out of our system. I can tell by the consistency of my bowel movements when I am 'draining' a pocket, and what comes out with it. I am convinced there is a correlation between that and taking ACV, and now try to have 3 - 4 tablespoons every day. I mix it with a tart berry juice with some OJ. I hate the taste of it. It takes more than a spoonful of sugar for that medicine to go down. My main reason for taking ACV, after years of managing and observing my diet, is 'cleaning out the pipes'. I swear by it for that. Next is heartburn, bloating, and digestion. Edit: This may also be why some people experience diarrhea.
Isn't giving up corn (gmo btw), nuts and seeds easier than downing some awful tasting drink for the purpose of having those items? Asking for a friend. ❤😂🎉
I have found ACV to be amazingly effective for removing warts. I had one in the palm of my hand which my doctor attempted to freeze off multiple times over a period of 5 years. My daughter recommended I try ACV and the wart dried up quickly and has never returned. I just soaked a cotton ball in the vinegar, then held it in place for about 20 minutes. I believe that I treated it one more time as it began to dry up but that was all it took. The vinegar burns like crazy but it leaves no scars and has worked every time I've used it. It's certainly worth giving it a try.
I had several warts on my hands when I was a teenager, someone told me to paint them with clear finger nail polish so I did. It took a few weeks but they slowly disintegrated away.
@@TheBelmontBluesMan oh yes. Naturally fermented anything, wonderful probiotic. THAT will help with any stomach situation. And mouth and throat problems. If I feel a cold coming on I particularly like sauerkraut juice to gargle with. LOVE the juice from naturally fermented garlic dill pickles for salad dressings and marinades. I will even admit to sipping it. I horde the stuff in my fridge over the winter, and the lord help my husband next April if he finds the last jar.
Apple cider vinegar supplements completely eliminated my 24/7 nausea, that I’ve suffered from for at least 10 years, and digestive issues. After taking them for a few weeks, I no longer had to take my prescription nausea medication (meant for cancer patients) and injectable gravol. So it definitely has some great benefits! I’ll continue taking it, because it is a miracle for me.
I had acid reflux for 15 years until I started taking 1 tablespoon of ACV in a glass of water every day. Since then no more acid reflux for the last 6 years
Us too, we love it for this purpose. We’re doing keto and fasting so don’t have too much issue with that anymore but when we eat too much and get bloated and heartburn then it works a treat!
@@sylviastaire8234 I personally just take one or two tablespoons a day diluted with a bit of water. Sometimes before a meal, sometimes after. If I ever have any stomach upset, as soon as I take ACV, it goes away within an hour.
My mother was an RN and would put a few Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar, some salt, and a little bit of sugar in a gallon of water. We drank that after we came in on hot days. She said that was what they made to help keep the soldiers hydrated during WW2.
I use ACV twice a day: in the morning when I get up and before bed. I found 1 tbsp of ACV in 6 oz of water (not super cold) with 2 squirts of lemon juice tastes decent :) Since I've been doing this (6 months or so) my heartburn is gone, my morning nausea is gone, I don't feel bloated all the time, and I don't have that general malaise feeling anymore.
@@dr.michaelbennett8597 Yes it is. I believe she meant it cures her need for the unhealthy version of store bought salad dressing. I personally prefer a Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil. “Mina” brand in particular. It’s loaded with Polyphenols.

That lemon juice although acidic , the eating of enamel isnt true. Its the flouride thats destroying your teeth. Hope that helps,, sincerely. And no , why rinse out what you're choosing to ingest.
I've successfully used it for a nasty, painful, case of restaurant food poisoning. Apparently those bacteria don't care for 1:1 ratio of ACV:water. Frankly, I didn't either (and rinsed like crazy), but just a few spoonfuls taken very slowly over 20-30 minutes got me out of a "might need the hospital" situation safely.
@@josephsaeteurn9158 I didn't say that...you also need to control your carb intake but ACV has the same effect of lowering blood sugars like metformin...so it can be helpful,I'm not saying you don't need to worry about what you eat...eating low carb is always your first line of defence

GERD is gone! For years I was constantly taking Tums for stomach issues. I thought this hereditary condition was a life sentence. In my late 40’s Tums no longer provided relief, particularly at night when laying down. Two years ago it was recommended I take Nexium. It worked wonders. But, I didn’t want to take Nexium everyday for life, so with great reluctance I tried ACV (with the live mother). I’ve been taking 1 Tbs (I have to shoot it straight because diluting it only prolongs the nastiness of the taste) twice daily for just over a year. I can honestly say I hate the stuff but it works! I no longer need Nexium.
@@karenbuchert3377 My understanding is pills don't contain the live mother which is one of the ingredients that helps with issues like GERD? I stopped taking ACV when my Mom passed for about 8 days because we were traveling. Then I saw this video and continued not to use. My blood glucose has been higher and I’m swelling in my feet also no weight loss. I’m going back on today because I believe it was helping me. I will let you know for sure in a week from today. I will continue to watch you😁 you are very informative. I take the liquid ACV 1 T with 1 T real lemon juice add Stevia and 16 oz water.
I haven't heard of any of these claims but I have to say I have acv every morning with lemon juice and deconcentrated with mineral water and since I've been drinking it I have reduced a lot of body fluid, I seem to be more regular, I don't have any reflux at all and I've had a skin condition for a number of years that has never gone away fully, but when I drink acv it slows it down or stops it. I don't think it is a panacea for all conditions but I like it. I put ground cinnamon in the mineral water to take the smell away and I always feel so much better after having it.
The doctor literally mentions this at the 7 minute mark, maybe scientific research shouldn't depend on private investors who require a return on their outlay, why would anybody buy shares in a company that's spending its resources in research that won't help the company make profit?
@@mediaguyberlin Yes I drink black coffee and water. No sugar, artificial sweeteners, milk or creams. The key is to have ZERO calories during your fasting window
I was able to get off 40 mg Nexium AND occasional additional Pepcid after a couple months ACV daily. Took stomach meds for almost 40 yrs. I was in stage 3 CKD and after 5 months mild ckd. Lots of water w ACV. I have gastroparesis and w intermittent fasting, eating whatever, lost 40 pounds. I will continue for my stomach alone.
Absolutely rinse your mouth after ACV intake but do NOT brush your teeth .It will enhance the damage done to the enamel via abrasion of softened enamel from acid effect. This is my advice as a dentist. Further more the best action for your teeth would be intermittent fasting and low carb. More time under neutral conditions . When you eat it takes minutes for the pH to drop to acidic levels and hours to regain safe pH. So if you eat often the pH is critical in your mouth most of the day.
Thanks. I use oil pulling with coconut oil most days. The combination over a year of a ketovore diet, intermittent fasting and oil pulling has completely cured my gum disease, healed 2 cavities and given me noticeably whiter teeth!
Even if it’s diluted? I drink 2 Tbsp of acv in a quart of water. I also add 3 drops of essential lemon oil, 1/2 tsp NoSalt, 1/4 tsp Redmond’s salt and a pinch of cayenne and drink this concoction throughout the morning. Would I still need to rinse after every sip?
ACV cured my extremely severe leg cramps. Use to have extremely painful leg cramps, 3 to 4 times a week sometimes in both legs at once, for years. Started taking two tablespoons of ACV in 2024, and from day one, they were gone.. They only happen about 4 times a year now. I agree that there is no research on ACV but you can't ignore the factual testimonies of many hundreds of people who has had positive health results. However people should learn about the proper dosage to take so as not to cause unwanted side effects that can cause damage to your body. Love your video..☮
I know this much. Since i started taking ACV in the mornings mixed in with a small glass of water and a ice cube,my morning appetite is not nearly as big as it was before. I still eat something afterwards for breakfast but im not as hungry as i normally was. I wait atleast 20 mins after taking ACV so it can get into my system before i eat. Its recommended you take ACV on a empty stomach.I also hold my breath and just down the entire small glass to get it over with. The ice cube helps.
If you have excess fruit it is very easy to make on your own. I've made it with papaya, banana, and mango (I probably have several gallons of mango cider vinegar). I've found the "mother" to be a lot more prominent in homemade vinegars...I actually creates a thick gelatinous scoby.
I have two jars fermenting now. It's been years since my last one... I can't remember how long it takes to stop being hootch... It still smells like booze vs the ones I used to make during summer when it was warmer too ferment lol.
45 years ago my grandmother quit smoking and instead drank apple cider vinegar in water. She lost a lot of weight (about 10 kg) without changing anything else.
I have gastroparesis, so that explains why I felt horrible and bloated while using ACV. Eating ELAB/Keto/IF for 9 months has allowed me to get rid of 99 pounds, both Type 2 Rx drugs, statin drug, GERD Rx and cut 3/5ths of opioid Rx. My inflammation is extremely low now. Still have 41 pounds to go to goal. Thanx for your facts! 🧡✌🏽😊
It most definitely reduces my blood pressure and a few other people I know of. After two weeks of use, went from hypertension to normal pressures. Used Braggs ACV
I agree with what you have said but playing devils advocate a lot of chronic problem can be tracked to nutrition. As we get older we make less stomach acid so a little ACV with or before eating can help that. If digestion is not working correctly that can relate to many health problems. I use ACV every day and for a 78 year old with no health problems it just might be helping.
Thomas DeLauer posted a recipe that makes ACV taste like hot apple cider. 1) brew chamomile tea 2) add 2 Tbsp ACV 3) add Stevia to taste 4) add cinnamon to taste YUMMY!!😋
Dr.Berry the regular drinking of ACV mixed with water helps with my digestion, and consistently lowers my blood sugar after meals & also with the "dawn effect" when taken a half hour before bedtime. I've used my blood sugar meter to check results many, many times! Totally agree with you on the many things you mentioned it is not good for, but would be helpful if you also listed the things it IS helpful for, such as heartburn, gerd, & indigestion, but most of all to help with lowering blood sugar. 😊👍
My cat got a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) fortunately I noticed he was struggling trying to pee within 24 hours of his blockage. This is a pet 911 emergency, and the vet will give you an estimate of thousands of dollars. You may live in a rural area, or this may happen late at night, or maybe you don't have a few extra thousand at the moment. Here's what you do, find a syringe from like teeth whitening gel or a turkey baster or whatever, get ACV, honey, and a little water, have someone hold that lion and get as much down as you can. It may save your pet, did mine!
I use ACV as a skin toner and it substantially reduces my blemish and the inflammation. Time and time again it always does the job and does it well more than anything I have discovered thus far. ACV may not cure acne at the root cause but it sure does a hell of a job as a whitehead(s) spot treatment.
@@dwade6322you're absolutely right, it can be extremely harsh for your skin if you use a 100% "solution" so mixing it in a bottle with water with a 1:1 ratio is highly advised! That being said for myself personally I prefer a 70% "solution" because that's where I see it most benefits my complexion.

ACV seems to have resolved my gout and acid reflux conditions long before I ever started Keto. I am convinced there are a lot of benefits of taking a daily dose. Looking forward to seeing some more studies on this🤔

I like to mix about a tablespoon into a glass of water in the morning. Maybe a dash of salt. It's refreshing and wakes up the morning mouth. I wear a CPAP and sometimes get a little dry (don't like the humidifier at all 🤮 ) plus it sort of "Cleanses" my palette nicely for my morning coffee... I have an active gut biome and sometimes it creates too much gas... The ACV balances the acidity in my stomach and keeps the gassiness to a minimum...
I have learned about a recipe for if you have an upset stomach / GERD, which consists of one to two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with the mother, 1 oz of lemon juice concentrate, mixed in with a tall glass of water and add a dash or two of cinnamon. It has worked very well like I said with the upset stomach or for a while I had some GERD, in 3 days it was gone.
ACV helps stop the itch of poison ivy or poison oak, or an external yeast infection. Also helps release the heat from a bad sunburn. Blot gently with an acv-soaked cotton ball or pad.
My only problem with acv is that it makes my blood pressure fall drastically...I don't know why and it depletes my already low sodium levels...which is confusing since I'm diagnosed with having high blood pressure
Dr Berg suggests that ACV can help if you have alkalosis - the acidity in ACV helps your body absorb/retain potassium. I think the correlation to BP really depends on the cause. I need to get over the taste and give it a try!
It works GREAT for nail fungus and nail injuries . I had seen 2 Doctors, cat scan for possible bone infection. A small bottle of ACV healed my nail and injured nail bed. I soaked my finger for 20 mins everyday. The nail even reattached itself and became completely healed!!!
I use spray diluted ACV on my face because I don't like washing my face with soap. Also I clarify my hair with diluted ACV and I love love to add to my bath.💕
Dr Berry, I'm sure some would see this as "anecdotal", but I was suffering from 2 EXTREMELY painful tooth cavities and the ONLY thing that helped "me" was going keto a few years ago and ultimately carnivore about 6 months ago. That tooth pain was gone not long after going hardcore keto.
That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The only way to solve a tooth ache is have the tooth extracted or have a root canal if the cavity has killed the nerve or have the decay removed and a filling placed. Diet or ACV is not going to make the tooth ache go away. Maybe the pain will not be as bad for a while but it will come back 3 fold.
Well just today as it happens i will be having a high carbs cheat meal, after many months of strict keto..A nice fat Neapolitan style pizza made by myself. I was already feeling guilty about it, but i've decided that in order to stay sane i will have a weekly, one and only one carbs treat. But at least the doc came to my rescue explaining that taking ASV before the meal, will reduce the high insuline spyke caused by high carbs intake..And as a diabetes sufferer this is a very welcome advice. Thank you doc, from the bottom of my heart, as always. Sergio UK. Edit. I did it. I made pizzas today like i said i would (yes i'm neapolitan and i'm good at it) and i absolutely stuffed my face with it. I had two big ones all by myself. My belly hasn't been this big for ages..lol.. I did take ACV just before i started eating, but i feel very guilty just the same..I think to compensate the massive insuline and blood sugar spyke, i'm gonna have to do a 3 days fasting with just drinking water..Then back on the right track...Greatings to everyone..Sergio UK..
I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist that was fairly big...I started doing ACV+water+lemon juice drinks and it went away! I really don't know if this was the reason, but I just thought it was weird and all I could think that I did differently.....?
Yep! Used ACV and apples to help with acid reflux than started eating a "proper human diet" and no issues with acid reflux along with high blood pressure, sleep apnea and feeling like crap at 50 :)
Absolutely. I suffer from Acid Reflux really bad, to the point, where I can be physically sick. If I take ACV, it definitely helps. Of course, eating low carb, also helps.
Here is a tip for you. If you take Apple Cider Vinegar capsules it works just as well for heartburn without having to worry about the enamel on your teeth.
Worked wonders for me on UTI along with high amount of water.... Immediate relief.......Also taken it daily will cure toe nail fungus but it takes about 6-8 months.....and you really need to continue taking it
Whatever Mic you're using for audio keep using it, Its amazing the sound clarity totally awesome, But this one thing I am sure ACV helps with urinary tract infections if you have bladder issues like my elderly mother it helps when you have reoccurring bladder infections
I also had very excellent results with curing 'morning sickness' with my 2nd pregnancy at 37 yrs old. I had debilitating 'green' feeling in every cell of my body most of the time during that pregnancy. I was unable to smell food cooking or eat much without feeling hideous. I had a lil honey bear squeeze bottle with ACV & a lil honey mixed in & carried it with me everywhere. When I would feel bad, I would squeeze a T or so into 6-8 ozs of water & drink it down. Felt better quickly! Got used to it & it tasted kinda like drinking fermented apple cider tea kinda thing but it subdued the sick feeling in all my cells - it was not just a stomach nausea - my whole body felt... bitter & sick. ACV does great things when You need it!! Can't speak to any other things other than using as a flavoring/chemical reaction in food. YUM! But it can salve illness during pregnancy if You are eating a SAD.
It's definitely helped me with indigestion. I believe it also helps with digestion. As for any other claims? I'll take them with a grain of salt ( pink Himalayan preferably).
I record my blood pressure every day and am very aware of what raises it. ACV raises my blood pressure by 3-4 points every day after I have consumed 2 tablespoons diluted in a quart of ketorade.
I had Covid 3/22 and hav had shortness of breath for over a year. Had heart monitor. Took inhalers nothing helped. I have been taking acv with mother for 4 days and I feel 80 % better.
I read a warning that ACV can cause potassium levels to drop too low. I only take a tablespoon or two a day with tea and lemon. Should I be supplementing potassium to compensate? I am the lab stage of diagnosis for peripheral neuropathy problems, and am looking at all things that changed in my life when I first started having problems.
Is ACV compatible with a carnivore diet? Apple cider isn't? I would love to hear your wisdom on this subject. Thanks for all your informative and entertaining videos. Have a great day!
Sharing how AVC helped me., I started taking it every morning on a empty stomach, and I started having what looked like lots of rice in my stool, and I hadn’t eaten rice in almost 20 years. Then what looked like spaghetti and then dark sesame seeds, parasites! I also had a candida over growth, no more fuzzy poo for me. So I continue to take it to keep my colon clean from hitchhikers that feed on nutrients as well as cause cravings because they want sugar.
A couple things I have found it useful for: I removed a wart under my dog's eye with ACV when the cream my vet gave me didn't work. Also, I made the mistake once before I went keto of juicing spinach several days in a row. My neck got so sore and stiff (from the oxalates) that I could barely move it. Then I read that ACV would reverse this. So, I tried it and it actually worked.
@@lauralittle6899 Oxalates are plant phytoxins, produced in many plants as a defence mechanism against being eaten. Since i was a child (& I’m now in my 60’s) my mother introduced it to us (she was nutritionally savvy before her time) a TEASPOONFUL diluted in a cup of water to quell nausea or help relieve discomfort from overeating rich foods. I have to attest from personal experience it does work for those things very well. But never believed there was anything magical. I do presently put a tablespoon in a 16 oz bottle of water since I started IF... as it does give me variety when I’m just doing liquids throughout my fasting days.
I believe it has medicinal qualities , it has certainly helped my heartburn. I also heard that before Gatorade, some football players liked to sip some pickle juice during a game. It might be all BS but I definitely crave vinegar at times and I’ll keep using it. Maybe someday there will be some studies
After I was diagnosed with gout 5 years ago I started using ACV to treat flare-ups with great success. Since starting keto 2 years ago I have no longer had any gout at all while also eating more red meat than ever before. I still use ACV for making bone broth and BBQ sauce.
@@stevehorvath997I don't blame you for not wanting to take prescriptions for gout as they can have some unpleasant digestive side effects ( extreme diarrhea for me personally). If I felt a flare up coming on I would usually drink a tablespoon of ACV, either diluted in ice water or with a water chaser. Even industrial ACV in the plastic jugs can help with gout (I did it sometimes), but I would only use it if it's literally all you can get. Best of luck because gout can be extremely painful and I certainly don't wish it on anyone.
The "mother" is not on the bottom, it is throughout the vinegar. The cloudy stuff at the bottom is a waste product of the "mother". It is not harmful but not necessarily exceptionally healthy.
Pardon me Dr. Berry but should we believe this video or your April 22, 2020 video on the same subject...ACV? In the April video you list several health benefits of using ACV. In this video, you basically say there are no health benefits in using ACV. Which version of your advice should we believe?
@@KenDBerryMD & Cornbread, I think the emphasis here is that there haven't been studies to cite on ACV effects. But if ACV has a similar affect on blood sugar as diabetes drugs, for example, it's worth it. My simple question is what is the general result of introducing acid to the body or to various maladies in particular? Somebody told me that a cancerous person is acidic, but that is probably a big side-effect of the disease alone, not because the person ingested any certain acids. P.S.: With ACV and with drugs in general, when should a 300lb person dose double?
My sister believed in taking one tablespoon of ACV plus one teaspoon of honey every morning. She also passed copies of written recommendations to friends and to me. All I can tell that she passed on last year in late February 2019, 8 days before age 97. I think the lesson I take from this is it all depends when this kind of choice is what really could help you given your own unique circumstances. The dosage must be suitable for you beside the use, as well.
I found that it removes the itchiness from a mosquito ’bite’ and accelerated reducing the inflammation bump, particularly when very large (2 cm) from scratching
Many things are known to lower blood pressure. My sister used to take Hawthorne and it definitely helped her blood pressure...However...she still got heart disease. Just because it takes away the symptoms does not mean it will make you healthier. She still ate her carbohydrates and thought that so long as her blood pressure was down she was doing good. Not so! Like Dr Berry says “We need to cut the thing that actually causes the damage...and that’s the carbs!”

Just another sheep addicted to sugar. You'll never learn.
Helpful thank you
Excellent success story. Its helped me and my family so much too. I love the taste fortunately ( in drinks)

It's certainly worth giving it a try.
yep I used acv on a dog I fostered had a wart on her face . it worked
I am going to have to definitely try this. Have two on each of my arm that got frozen off but came back bigger each time.

But, I didn’t want to take Nexium everyday for life, so with great reluctance I tried ACV (with the live mother).

ACV is great for pulled pork !
ACV helps stop the itch of poison ivy or poison oak, or an external yeast infection. Also helps release the heat from a bad sunburn. Blot gently with an acv-soaked cotton ball or pad.
I find it helps with hunger when I’m trying to fast.
Does Apple cider vinegar resolve acid reflux? The myth is that it fixes the ph which helps to close the esophagus flap.
My only problem with acv is that it makes my blood pressure fall drastically...I don't know why and it depletes my already low sodium levels...which is confusing since I'm diagnosed with having high blood pressure
It does absolutely nothing for my high blood pressure. I was basically drinking it like water and blood pressure was still high 😩😔
Dr Berg suggests that ACV can help if you have alkalosis - the acidity in ACV helps your body absorb/retain potassium. I think the correlation to BP really depends on the cause. I need to get over the taste and give it a try!

I also heard that before Gatorade, some football players liked to sip some pickle juice during a game. It might be all BS but I definitely crave vinegar at times and I’ll keep using it. Maybe someday there will be some studies
Pickle juice for leg cramps, I don’t know if ACV will do the same…
ACV has definitely helped lower my blood sugar. I will not take metformin and tried ACV several times a day with great results.
you did a video in APR 2020 about (ACV) which seems pump it up.....this video is seems opposite of what you said in April
I took it religiously, 2 Tbsp every morning for 2 months. Did nothing for FBG, BG throughout the day, BP. Use strictly for cooking now.
I’ve had amazing results with gout due to the malic acid in ACV. Only thing I have researched and used that dissolves uric acid crystals.
After I was diagnosed with gout 5 years ago I started using ACV to treat flare-ups with great success. Since starting keto 2 years ago I have no longer had any gout at all while also eating more red meat than ever before. I still use ACV for making bone broth and BBQ sauce.
@@hkdeltasig re: ACV & bone broth...The acidity helps to extract more nutrients from the bone if I understood correctly?
Supposed to start meds for gout again...not into it really...gonna try ACV...
Jon Chapman , it's my understanding that the acid in vinegar helps release the minerals from bones when making broth.
Which version of your advice should we believe?
listen to each video carefully
@@KenDBerryMD & Cornbread, I think the emphasis here is that there haven't been studies to cite on ACV effects. But if ACV has a similar affect on blood sugar as diabetes drugs, for example, it's worth it. My simple question is what is the general result of introducing acid to the body or to various maladies in particular? Somebody told me that a cancerous person is acidic, but that is probably a big side-effect of the disease alone, not because the person ingested any certain acids.
P.S.: With ACV and with drugs in general, when should a 300lb person dose double?
Brilliant video. Thank you for all your hard work on making and finding the information. From the UK ❤
Seriously, the ACV didn't kill her. 😒🙄
died in peak of her youth
Living to see 96 is a blessing. 💛
@@lottat6003They didn't say it did, quite the opposite!
I found that it removes the itchiness from a mosquito ’bite’ and accelerated reducing the inflammation bump, particularly when very large (2 cm) from scratching
It helps ED if you dip your Johnson in it.
Coconut oil will do this too, and it smells better.

I think after the ACV dries, it has a floral scent. So I like it. I use ABV in my pineapple salsa. Yummy
My Mom takes one a day & it helps keeps her blood pressure low. She's seen the difference over awhile now.
I’m taking it too for bp. It is supposed to help lower my insulin levels.
Vinegar thins the blood
Is olive oil good for chronic constipation?
Vinegar comes from the French phrase vin aigre, meaning sour wine. The sourness comes from the acetic acid.👍
Hey dr berry what about using it when fasting? What’s your thoughts on it
You've changed your tune, you were raving about it not long ago.
