Legacy GT Wide-Body Kit Install ~ Part 1

- Brought Keith's Subaru Legacy GT into the shop today to install his new widebody kit, which he painted himself.
We only had the time to finish the front today so stay tuned for the second part where we install the rear flares, wheels and wheel spacers!

Where is part 2 for the rears!!
Installed them but video footage got corrupted 😭
Did you guys just cut the panels like the front fenders or did you guys cut and make tabs to weld it
And did you guys add a weather strip to the wide body and fenders?

Unfortunately they aren't in business anymore. I forget the name cause it wasnt my car but the company was in russia and when the ukraine stuff went down they closed their doors.

I'll be honest, I've been slacking on that and I was waiting for someone to ask haha
I have it filmed and all that just need to edit the video and get it posted but don't worry it will be up shortly! Just been so busy doing stuff on the black car.

Thank you! And yes it is my friends car, he does daily it and it's holding up great! Still looks exactly the same as the day we did it!
@@nickquatrini Thats awesome, seems like you guys did a good job! Can he turn full lock both ways without rubbing?
@@JWheelie yeah! He lowered it more too and still no rubbing at all anywhere. He did have to remove the plastic fender liners but so far has not had a single issue.
@@nickquatrini gotcha, one last question. What brand is the widebody? I want to see if this company makes them for the wagon!
@@JWheelie so the company we ordered them from is called monster service. They are based in Russia though and with all the crazy things going on over there with them and Ukraine I'm not sure if they are currently taking orders.

Definitely requires cutting if that's what you're asking. Otherwise the wheels will hit
Can you give me wheels spec please?
I believe they are 18x9.5 +22 it's a friend's car so I'm not 100% sure
