You can but the back is a little tricky when it comes to plyo’s and power work due to some exercise selection limitations You would need to do some sled rows, banded rows (fast) and maybe a row machine to make it work
Why do people suggest others to do plyos before weight lifting? Seems like a recipe for injury. I’ve seen sports trainers program new recruits to do the opposite, ie 3x5 squat (first set) followed by 3x5 jumps (first set) with rest in between and rinse/repeat; is that too much for someone new?
Should I do this for both of my upper lower workouts because I’m doing it for one of them right now and wondering if I should switch up the other
I do overspeed arm presses too but how the hell did you strap your bands on like that?? I anchor mine down with the pegs on the bottom of my cage.
