It looks like the properties in Santorini, Greece.
This estate is exquisite. In looking at the interior and exterior I see Greece and Italy it was meticulously designed. The fireplaces (another favorite) The doors, the wood floors it's all very calming, clean and bright with style. This was simply one of the most beautiful homes, this is truly a top 3 from all of the homes I have viewed on your channel. I love it and I don't say that much. I'll be watching this video over and over!! Thanks Enes, Mikey and the team.

LOVE the exposed wood elements in this home. I've always had a thing for exposed support beams, it's sort of revealing secrets about how the house is constructed...I like that. Also, I really appreciate that Enes is quite knowledgeable about building techniques and uses the proper terminology when discussing the details of these amazing homes. Awesome tour!

I spent last weekend in Mykonos, Greece, for the Orthodox Easter. It almost looks identical to the houses they have there, both inside and out. I think the developer took some inspiration from there.
Also if i ever get to built my own summer home, i definitely will revisit this video!

I find this home for its size to be extremely homey. I love all the exposed wood with the white walls an black accents. The back yard is amazing. Just another incredible home.

I was excited when I saw that you were touring this Malibu Pacaso home, Enes and Mikey! You did a wonderful job highlighting the details of this incredible estate - it is gorgeous. We are very lucky owners of a Pacaso home ourselves at Tahoe and we couldn't be happier. Such an awesome way to buy a vacation home. The best part is that you don't have to worry about any of the details that make a vacation home a hassle (maintenance, cleaning, paying the bills, furnishing/designing/stocking the place, etc. - pacaso handles ALL of that for you). You essentially just bring your food and toothbrush. They have a great app that allows you to schedule your time there in a very equitable way so that everyone gets a holiday week each year and folks can't do things like "hog" the entire Summer. The final and best part is that you actually own the real estate unlike a timeshare where you just own time and they are very hard to get out of. You can sell your share just like any other real estate transaction and benefit from the appreciation (which in Malibu would be some of the best appreciation in the country!) Having said that...we are so happy, I cannot imagine selling for a very long time! Check out pacaso.com
I guess the issue is that even if you are spending like $10000 per week on AirBnb, you have to visit 150 years in a row for that to add up.

As always, you did an excellent job on the tour. As a regular viewer, I must say that there was just too much white for my tastes. I would have liked a bit more information on the 1/8 ownership idea. Of all the properties you have shown, this one is my least favorite. Nothing really jumped out at me that stirred my passions. You did the very best job on a property that really didn't have one outstanding feature. Thanks again for your work. You guys are appreciated.

Man this house just seems so tranquil.....love the backyard....that would be a great place to hold a party with a bunch of food trucks and bars...primary bedroom nice and roomy and airy

A fun Video Idea for the channel: bring on some subscribers and challenge them to explain some rooms on a tour one day and lets see who can describe it like Enes. Give out points for vocabulary, adjectives, descriptions, etc. add some in-game challenges to the rounds as well. Or Maybe even tournament style subscriber vs subscriber.

This is a extremely beautiful home, I am loving the mainly White interior against white walls with accents of black dotted in strategic places, I'm also loving the wooden panels and cupboards, just beautiful. I love that Green room. That Color is perfect.
This place reminds me of Greece. You see a lot of homes built like this there and as you know, Greece is all white and blue. Very clean and relaxing. That is a pergola in the back on the raised deck facing the pool (the guest house has a pergola too). Having so much land is amazing in Los Angeles. That yard would be great with a putting green. I usually like more traditional furniture but this was done brilliantly with a balance of rustic and ultra-modern appointments. Lots of unique shapes and textures. That theatre doesn't seem to have any sound attenuation, just reflective surfaces. I wonder why they did that? The property resembles a mini-resort. Great tour, your usual professionalism and Enes, you and Mike are just so pleasant to listen to. Thank you! 🙂

Beautiful spacious clean minimal
This house looks like it was taken straight from Andalucìa and transplanted into california, with the mix of modern heritage and some very old-world feeling accents like the rustic cabinets in the bar, the beams everywhere... it feels supremely Spanish and looks amazing! It's such a pleasant departure from the ultra-modern, kind of cold and austere feeling homes you get in so many new constructions here in the US. This feels like a proper space with character and a story.
