gateron switches always sit about 1mm higher compared to other, also have similar pushback issue with ktt rose, the switch feels slow on repeat presses
aqua king, north pole, frog/flamingo and banana split also have similar problem. Those who want to use the pushback-force for typing like me would be concerned about that.

Wonderful video! If you dislike the slow pushback speed of the strawberry, then you can spring swap to a two stage spring.

Spring swapping to a 2 or 3 stage spring might help the pushback speed for ktt strawberry
I'm using SPRIT 60S slow. It means heavier pre-loaded force springs also help to fix the issue.

should it be cost efficient to change out all the Strawberry springs, or is it more worth it to just purchase a similar switch?
I recommend trying Strawberry first. It's a very nice switch.

Good question. The KTT is worth it, although I had to buy extra slow spring. I like the sound than Jelly Black. However jelly black is also excellent.

what thickness was the keycap for the interference comparison
It''s GMK Nautilus. Thickness of the interfering side is 1.4 mm.

I can imagine your confusion. I'm thinking recent switches are improved. so you can choose one by your preference such as spring weight and sound.
just get the ktt strawberry, the hyoerglides are too scratchy for today's standards
@@iavyy yes, but I choose the Hyperglide, you should break-in it, lube and film, then, I think it's better than ktt strawberry imo.

Yes! I'm using SPRIT 68s slow now. I will check lighter spring, because it's bit heavy for me.
