Hey man, enjoyed the video. Decided to get the knight v2 after watching. Any tips on lubing them? I heard just 205g0 is all thats needed and that dialetric grease didnt work too well on the wire. What was your experience with it?

Notjing special, really. For budget linears, I'd rather go with MZ switches ot CIY switches (that are also made by BSUN)...

hi a bit late to party but do waves have scratchyness in it? I am looking muted thocky and they are sound like that but i hate any scratch in my siwtches

I would love it if you had a chart that showcased how intense the “bump” of tactiles is as well. I just bought 90 of these yesterday so hopefully they will be fun :)

Thanks for the vid, I find your videos to be the most accurate when comparing sounds between switches. It’s crazy to see how Macchiatos used to sit in the mid tone range and slightly loud, but there are so many new switches that are way higher pitched and even louder.

You should also check out the Designer Studio stabilizers, they're tight like the Typeplus x YiKB but uses the regular straight wire

I really enjoy your videos but is there any way you could also test them on a more common plate setup than CF with no foam as this just tends to make everything clack and higher pitched. Having two different test keyboards with opposite plate/foam setups could be really beneficial to hear the contrasting sounds the switches can produce in each config.

thank you for this! ive been considering these. the tactile bump comparison is great, especially because i dont particularly like cherry mx browns but the bump for these i think i would like a lot more. my hesitation before was because on unikeys they say theyre "similar to mx browns" but it doesnt seem like thats actually the case lol

Currently my fave switches. I did have to move around/remove some of the factory lube though.

The translation says “High-pitched mid t-to-low long.” That isnt very clear as thats every level of tone that you mention there. Like is it high or low or what?

Those comparison charts are super helpful but it would be nice to change the font or color to make it easier to distinguish the category and the ends of the scale... just to make it very clear. For example: Smoothness with Scratchy immediately under looks a bit confusing. So underline, bold, or italicize the "Smoothness" so we know that's the label for the section
