Check your physical mute button located above your volume button. You may have accidentally flicked it into silent mode. I did on my iPhone 12. I probably hit it after putting my protective case back on?

the problem usually is that silent mode is on or off if its on then turn it on and turn it off 4 times then leave it off, if its off then do that same this 4 times then keep it off

How about you try to pull that up the bar thing (above the volume bar that tiny thing bar) beside on your phone yea try to pull that up. Maybe your phone was on silent mode. I Hope it helps :))

Thank you for the heads up with that! i wonder why it only mutes the noise from the game? i doesnt mute the adverts.

Guys there is another way . So basically there is a switch on the side of your phone (near the volume buttons ) if you just switch it up and go onto a game the volume should work . Let me know if it works for you guys

Turning off Bluetooth and plugging the headset in and out did the trick for me. I need the Bluetooth though for Apple Watch pairing. I turned Bluetooth back on and I still have sound! Thank you!!
the problem i have is i can hear the background music fine, but the persons audio is terrible. for example (and this happened on four videos i tried) i can hear someone place blocks in minecraft, but can barely hear the person talk. any ideas? edit: this is with headphones, which i prefer. just fyi

On, Off in bluetooth fixed sound output on video replay. Turned bluetooth back on and still worked.
