iPhone 5/5s/5c: No Sound on Games or Videos? NO PROBLEM!

My mom’s iPhone 5s has had this issue since yesterday. The third step with putting Manual/schedule on and off 3x worked. Thanks a bunch! My mom is going to be so happy now that she won’t have to watch her favorite Turkish series on TH-cam with headphones😂

Ran through all the steps. then went back to the headphone jack. I had sound with the headphones, but not the speaker. used a paperclip end to clean out the jack hole again. Bingo! Sound from the speaker. Thank you for your help!
