Life Lately in Japan : Packing as a messy person, new beginnings and the art of noticing 🌸

- Hello!
It’s currently so humid and hot here and these are clips taken during March to May 2024. Moved to a new apartment and I could say moving is my least favorite thing to do. I don’t want to do it again but I know it will happen in the future (I don’t know when though).
But for now, I’m happy with my current apartment ‘cos it way bigger than my previous one even though the hunting was done in a rush, thankfully I found one that is agreeable.
Obsessed with the Cherry Blossoms and it was the highlight of my spring. For now I’m just surviving summer until autumn comes. Days go by so fast and thankfully had the chance to spend some time with my mother’s side of the family for a weekend and then visited places in Osaka with my mother who came to visit me for the first time.
Those will be up soon after this for sure. Meanwhile, enjoy this video with me which I really enjoyed taking and editing. Watching the clips especially the last part of the sunset and how the sunlight reflects on the water gives me solitude and a sense of peace.
Hoping for your summer to be the best~

Fufu , those figurines are so Suge!!!! Thank you for your hard work and taking the time to show us all your life activities😊😊😊Arigatou Gozaimasu😊😊
I watched this and I liked it so much I binged all your other videos.
You really have a good eye and I love the fact that you are always looking up
The simple things like capturing the leaves and trees over the season, the colour of your curtains with the sun pouring in and the shadows on the wall
The river scenes were great too. The shot with your bike on the path above the river bank was so Ghibli
To top it off the music you play is always so nice and relaxing
Maybe aged care is not your true calling ^_^
Thanks for the enjoyable journey and I cant wait to see where it leads next
Wow, I’m amazed you have those keen observations. It’s nice to meet a fellow observer from time to time.
As you’ve pointed out, I really love the river. I like how the sunlight reflects towards the water, calm waves making it magical. I also love to take notice and take clips of mundane things like how the wind blows the curtain at summer when its windy or watching people spending time at the park, or the fish flying out of the water to catch food.
I am so blessed to get to have sceneries like these. Most of my video inspiration comes from Ghibli and korean/japanese movies.
So far, I enjoy my work as a caregiver. I’ve always loved taking care of the elderly as I haven’t had the chance to do for my grandparents (they were gone too soon). Don’t get me wrong, I still do love my work now 😅. I honestly think it’s my calling along with making art, making videos and taking pictures.
Thank you so much for sharing your appreciation. It means a lot to me. I’ll do my best to keep it up and improve. Best wishes to youuu 🎉
Beautiful Vlog! I just discovered your channel today. I really want to visit Osaka one day because of its rich history and i also heard the people in osaka are really nice to. Greetings from Deutschland to Japan.🔥
Everyone is special and unique. The first thing I do when I get up is make my bed. It makes me feel like I’m doing something right and starts my day off in a positive way
I try to do that as well, but there’s just those days when even moving your body gets to be so tiring. Lately though, maybe because it’s summer-I make my bed more than usual and I feel very productive when I do it. Will try my best to keep it up 🫶🏼
The grunt when you tried stretching in the park was funny 😂😂😂😂
The look around the park after the unsuccessful pull-up was embarrassing but I tried my best 😅😂
Enjoyed this my friend keep it up
See you again wishing all the best
Stay safe always cheers 🤗🤗👍🏻👍🏻💐
Thanks for the visit! Your videos are cool as well, stay safe!

Let’s goooo 🏃🏻♀️➡️ vlog it
Great video
Thank you! Have a good day 🙏🏼
Moving is a good time to decide what to keep and what to change.. you get two chance, while unpacking you may find items that dont fit the new place even if bigger. Anyway, enjoy your journey and be well
Thank you!! I appreciate you for stopping by! 🫶🏼
wow japan is beautiful
It really is ❤
Nice vid, I really dig the vibes
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you 😊
I am weaker than u , but keeping everything aside that’s a beautiful place u r living in and u can still see little birds 😮🥳
I agree, very thankful for the beautiful park, bird and cat watching makes my work a little easier during lunchtime whenever I decide to spend my time there ‘cos I just know it releases so much of my stress.
That stretching literally makes me laugh lol
The struggle was real 😅
it was fun watching your video
I try my best! Thank you so much 😊
Great choice of music
Thank you!!! The most difficult part for me tho, glad you like it 🙏🏼
keep up the good work!
Thank you, will do! 🙌🏼
it was such a nice video!
Thank you so much, trying my best 💕
I dread moving as well. The planning and packing wear me down. But it's the only way for us pack rats to shed unnecessary belongings. Nice video and music.
So true, much more difficult if you’re a sentimental person and have a hard time letting go of things (me). Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it 💕
WOW, such beautiful video
pugay po
Ay thank you po🫶🏼
not the struggling trying to do a pull up. that legit me trying to work out after a long time of not doing it LMAO
I was like I can do it, then when I tried it-yeah no thanks. I swear, pull ups are the hardest lol
@@jolspensieve it is 😭 and my hands hurt when I grip on the bar for too long
@@jolspensievehii may i know the name of the first bgm song? Thank you!!
The trick to pull-ups is to keep your weight light. When I was a skinny junior high school student, I could do 20 pull-ups, but now I can only do 3. The difference is clearly weight.
@@socks_cat356that as well. I also have gained weight this year 😅
really cool vid :) keep going
Thank you so much, will do! 💚
I feel bad for leaving first one , than u even though I just saw it joleen 😢😢, but we got new apartment now 🥳, we are paying it though 🙂↕️🙂↕️
Me too. I miss the sunset view from my old apartment.
Congrats on your new apartment! Cheers to the new opportunities coming 🎉
@@jolspensieve would you be shocked if I use that apartment 💀😁😂 , because you said : congrats on your new apartment 😅😂
@@jolspensieve I live with my parents , so it’s so good to see this .🙂
@@cynic.clinicallyoh I assumed you lived alone. My bad 😅
But I still wish I live with my family too like you. Living alone can be lonely sometimes especially if you have a close relationship with your family 😢.
For now, I still don’t know when I can visit them again but I’m looking forward to it.
Cherish those memories while it lasts. 🎉
nice videoooo :))
Thank youuu!
Lezgoo lezzgooo
Lezgooooo 🎉
ganahan ko aniiii
Ngano man hahahaha
Joleen a quick question 🙋♀️: can I buy one piece in the set of one piece or I have to buy it all , 😊.
You can buy one or whichever design you like. If you’re a fan-everything’s worth it I wanted to buy them all but I remembered that I’m broke.
tetap semangat :)
Thank you, I will 🙏🏼
cant let the bros know i watch these types of videos. and btw your body is not heavy your body is just weak (not meant to be mean but to let you know you are not fat or anything like that) just do it everyday and you get better but by bit
Thank you for stopping by! I agree tho, I have no strength at all, especially on my wrist ‘cos I have a thin wrist so when I try to do pushup or plank-the longer duration leads to sprained wrist so I really need to strengthen my wrists
/arms to achieve pull-ups and pushups 😅. Thanks for the tips :)
@@jolspensieve it’s great that you are willing to exercise, keep going and even a little is better then doing nothing 😆

I enjoy your video 😂 you like anime
Thank you! And I do like anime 💕
Maybe you have too much stuff you don't actually benefit from/use. It was the case for me, 80% of the stuff I owned was thrown into the garbage by myself some time ago.
That’s true, for me-50% of it was winter clothes I don’t usually use. Thankfully, I found someone who actually needs it 🙏🏼
@@jolspensieve That's such a relief, I had a ton of clothes and fitness equipment and no one to give them away to, let alone sell, and I had to move to Japan from Europe. I had no choice but to throw everything away. But it was a relief at the end. Because if you hold onto it, you suffocate.
がんばってね大阪に。グリインランドから。
