I have 65 m,3 rooms
136m² 4 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, sala, comedor y cocina, ah un gran patio. Vivo en una gran hacienda 😊
27m2 de çok küçük, şikayet et ki sana asla normal gelmesin. İnsan olarak 27m2 de yaşamak hiç normal bir durum değil. Bu video da banyo kadar küçük yerde yaşamayı normal bir durum olarak kabul etmek mümkün değil.
Our first apartment was a 36 m2, with a small (separate) kitchen, a day room, a bedroom where we brought a wardrobe, a double bed and a small nightstand. The entrance to the bathroom was from bedroom directly. The bathroom was maybe 80 cm wide and 2.2 mtr long. Toilet seat at one end, sink at the other. No shower tray, water flowing and drained directly on the floor drain. A bit awkward when you were going to do your stuff inside. Very audible from the room. The access inside the apartment was from a common staircase in a small lobby where the fridge was installed. Above the fridge I built a smal clothing storage space. In the day room we had a small and old extensible couch, 2 armchairs, a bookstand and a TV table. No balcony, we were drying the clothes on clothes line outside the window. Hot water provided by an electric boiler was only in the bathroom. Together with my wife wevhave lived in that apartment for 2 years until we sell it and we bought a bigger one. After 25 years we have progressed and now we have a 160 m2 house and 25 years passed over. I will go back to that small apartment any time only to be again 25 years younger. This year i will be 51 yo.

Se quejan mucho, yo estuve viviendo en un cuarto de 16 metros cuadrados, su baño estaba ahí mismo en un cubículo, ahí cocinaba y todo, mi cama era matrimonial eso si, mi mesa era redonda dónde comía y era mi escritorio, siempre limpio todo, lo importante es ser organizado, para que tener tanto espacio
Όταν υπάρχει αγάπη και νιάτα όλα μας φαίνονται καλά. Όταν μεγαλώνουμε το μεγάλο σπίτι είναι κουραστικό. Άρα ένα μετριο σπίτι και πολύ αγάπη μας φτάνει.

You deserve so much better. Everyone does. This space was clearly not designed to live, but just to barely maintain a body enough for work.
There's no place to display happy memories, no space to do creative or sporty hobbies... no space for the humanity.
But for what it's worth, you are incredibly charming. The toilet joke made me giggle so much, and your tone in the whole video is so sweet!

Gimme a break! Your mentality is what's wrong with the Western World, the U.S. in particular... where the false compassionate people like you prefer that people live out on the streets than in cozy all-inclusive living quarters like this one.
Not to mention that, as far as I know, people work really hard in there. While it seems to be just a convenient way of living, to me it seems that it's not dignifying for a person who does her very best in his/her daily life as a citizen and as a worker. But I understand that it's a completely different culture and I speak from a different point of vew.

It is Not about bigger, having more. That is moot prosperity. That is just the illusion of importance based on stuff.😂 Food, warmth, light, water, safe roof over us. What more is life? Accumulating crap? Meh. Not imo. No disrespect btw. Just stuff is Not prospering. Joy, health, purpose. That is living prosperous.

This must be temporary and for a very brief period of his lfie, having a bigger and confortable house isn't accumulating crap, we are here on earth for such a short period, I'd love to live in a bigger home with a swimming pool and a backyard to the woods, this isn't crap, it's quality of life.

@@SpinalGT Concordo plenamente. Além disso, nada pode dar errado. Se a lavadora transbordar ou der um problema na pia o quaro ficará alagado e você não poderá recarregar suas baterias após um longo dia de trabalho. Numa casa maior, bastaria isolar o problema, fechar um registro e ir dormir.

I don't have any data to back that up but the same should apply to cleaning, you can get this place sparkly in 1-2 hours

Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir, una persona sola que no está por horas en su casa para que necesita más? , estamos acostumbrados a mucho a casas grandes costosas.
No necesita más. Allá afuera, lo espera su trabajo, sus amigos, su vida. Aquí solamente una cama donde poder dormir y descansar.
Y un domingo con lluvia.?? Un día enfermo??? Ese lugar es un refugio insalubre.

@@silvana6367 puede estudiar con su computadora, meditar,etc. trabajo con ancianos que viven en casas que ya ni pueden mantener, y por su lento caminar viven en la cocina y el living, se instalan la cama ahí, los demás cuartos terminan cerrados.

Ich bin froh, eine 74 qm Wohnung zu haben mit viel Platz. Kurzfristig wäre so ein Zimmer ok , aber längerfristig eher nicht. Aber vielen Dank für diesen Einblick!

Não sei de onde vc é, mas em São Paulo, na área nobre (como seria tokyo),. é preço de kitnet. Diferença que teria um pouco mais de espaço e você terá que mobiliar do zero.
Custos de aluguel no Brasil tá ficando pesado.Principalmente próximo a centros comerciais
@@jotakah1305 tbm tem isso, mas fora do sudeste, o preço e bem acessível. Em várias cidades, tanto da região Norte ao Sul, mil reais você aluga uma casa boa e ampla. Que dá menos de 272 dólares.
@@alfredo.alexandre Por isso falo, São Paulo e Río de Janeiro são as piores cidades para se morar no Brasil, no mesmo Estado você acha cidades do Interior com uma qualidade de vida muito superior, não vejo um motivo bom para morar nessas cidades.

Zawsze nam wmawiano, że w Polsce mieszkania są bardzo małe. Mieszkam (sama) w dwupokojowym mieszkaniu o pow. 47,4 m2. Moja kuchnia ma 8 m2 i faktycznie nie jest duża, ale żebym miała mieszkać w takiej kuchni? Pewnie to kwestia przyzwyczajenia i akceptacji, ale gdzie trzymać w takim maleńkim mieszkaniu ubrania, buty, pościel, ręczniki, książki, żywność i dziesiątki jak nie setki przedmiotów którymi się otaczamy i które wydają się nieomal niezbędne do życia? Widać, że Japończycy są minimalistami, ale mimo wszystko do życia człowiek potrzebuje przestrzeni której tutaj nie ma.

W Polsce więzienne cele są większe niż ta klitka. Nie wiem czy królika można trzymać w tak małym pomieszczeniu a co dopiero człowieka. Bardzo zwarte pomieszczenie z czego większość miejsca zajmuje łóżko i pralka. Proponował bym zmienić takie łóżko na półkotapczan który na czas spania tylko się rozkłada a pralkę nieco schować w ścianę wykuć dziurę na pół metra i tam wstawić. Wtedy ta kawalerka optycznie się powiększy.
25 metrów kwadratowych, 5 osób, w tym trójka małych dzieci, kibelek na podwórku / zimą jajka zamarzały /. Fakt, że 42 lata temu, ale jest co wspominać. A pralki nawet w marzeniach nie było. Ale weselej się żyło.

I love your videos❤ and have lived in such a small place in the Netherlands for years. Including in a flat for student nurses (hospital) and later for 11 years in an independent apartment of 12 square meters. I was very happy there. Now I live in a bigger house (2 bedrooms) and still miss it sometimes. I think your apartment is beautiful!! I just wish you a slightly healthier breakfast. A little grains and a small package of pasturized milk (no refrigerator required) would help, for example with a banana or sliced apple. In any case, thank you for letting us look into your life. Love from the Netherlands...the country above the lovely little Belgium man in your video (doing his 'job' 🚽 outside)

Muy interesante , yo vivo en 50 metros cuadrados en Alemania y un jardín detrás y pago 300 euros, estoy varias horas afuera trabajando, no necesito más espacio, me alcanza y me sobra, pero un té y unas tostadas te lo puedes preparar en tu apartamento y no cada día ir a Mc Donalds, Gracias ❤
En que ciudad vives? Nosotros (mi esposa colombiana y yo) tambien tenemos 50 m² sin jardín pero con balcón y vivimos en Stuttgart. Viele Grüße! :)

@@gloriaom4377 si, yo igual vivo cerca de Colonia, supongo que en Colonia , ciudades grandes será más difícil encontrar más barato, lo que hacen muchos colegas alquilan en las afueras, y viajan cada día hasta Colonia, las autopistas están muy buenas, en 1/2 hs llego allí

Nelle grandi città italiane esistono monolocali in cui vivere, ma vivere in 7 metri quadrati è un incubo! Non so tu come faccia a viverci! Persino il mio bagno è il triplo....ti auguro di fare tanta fortuna da poterti permettere un appartamento❤

Все что нужно для жизни есть. Мне не хватало бы шкафа для одежды. В целом это моя мечта. У каждого члена семьи свое пространство и свой санузел- кайф!! Нас всего три человека... Но если кухню общую еще можно и то не очень, но вот санузел...

Vivo com minha irmã e mãe e os nossos filhos pets num apartamento de 150m2. Quando vivia sozinho era um apartamento de 40m. Estou encantado com o minimalismo e clean do seu lar confortável ❤. Aqui precisamos de ajuda para organizar tudo pois a mama está idosa. No Brasil ainda estamos nos adaptando aos microapartamentos. Há um avanço imobiliária dos apartamentos entre 9m2 e 18m2 em regiões centrais aqui em São Paulo. Um abraço do amigo latino☺️

Wow, now that is micro! I’d kick the out the washing machine and put a small fridge there, and sleep on a futon I could fold away in the morning. Then I’d go looking for a bigger place!
