    Great video. I owe HIIT and Resistance Weight lifting because these two are the reason I lost all my weight that kept me from being confident

    one thing that concerns me is form.. does your form have to be spot on or at least very good for this stuff to be effective?
    ..or is it just more basically about swinging your arms and legs (movement)? I am not very flexible in the legs especially so am intrigued....

    165BPM!! now that gyms are closed, I can’t do martial arts training at the gym so this helps so much

    You probably answered this before, but do I do this 7 minute hiit workout once per day or two per day?
    Edit: I'm 5'9 and weigh 216.

    Nick, what are the benefits of shadow boxing/fighting? Can shadow be a training by itself, for example 30 minutes of shadown boxing?
