This is exactly like the 20 year vision spelt out in 2001 by CBN. Hitech city and the Genome valley. Off course KTR sustained it well. He realised the importance of public funds already spent by the predecessors and the need to carry the project forward. Today Telangana gets major share of its revenue due to this vision.

This looks far better than mumbai ones and mumbai itself has very few glass ones most skyscrapers in mumbai are of concrete and even the design of those buildings are old style not at par with skyscrapers of dubai or shanghai so usse acha its better to have these 20-30 floor glass ones with good designs it gives more modern vibe then of mumbai skyscrapers.

Do u see cyber towers built by govt of Ap in 1995 by the then cm Chandra Babu Naidu. Now u see Icon startup building is initiative by govt of Telangana to promote startups. U see Orr again initiative by govt of Ap. U see metro govt of India and Andhra PPP model . U see flyovers govt of Ap and India. These American companies invested bcoz of talent pool and policies of govt of Andhra Pradesh in 1995 to today govt of Telangana and govt of India.
As far as I know, most of these types of buildings were constructed by Indian infra companies and given on rent to IT companies. IT companies' working culture is like the Weather. It changes from time to time. So American companies spending their money on buildings like these doesn't give a permanent kind of vibe. They can sell their assets and return back anyday.
Everything is done by Indians the roads the buildings.... Doesn't matter its build by gov or not, it is not China that everything would be building by Government... Indian people have independence to build cities by their own... Nothing is done by US, they just buy offices here...even most of the offices are taken by Indian companies as India is advance in IT 😂😂 You better cry kid!!

By that i mean environmentally sustainable waste collection, segregation, composting, recycling, landscaping, converting waste to energy? This video is amazing by the way! Hyderabad is a very good city.
