I bought this truck in black. I was at the dealership looking at at 22 Bighorn night edition with similar off road setup like e locker and 3.92 gears, with 30k miles on it. The salesman showed me the 24 warlock before they even unloaded off the truck and said it was the same price as the used Bighorn. The only differences that I noticed immediately was the BH has power seats and true center console. The 2024 warlock add on package has everything that I need from the Tradesman trim. I am very happy with my truck and for once, I don’t have to put better tires on it to do what I like to do.
I’m a Chevy fan This is a better truck by far 5.7 hemi ,392 rear, rear locker nice steel bumpers And it’s 46k after rebates Custom trail boss ffers a four banger turbo and 5.3 witch I wouldn’t get for the fact hemi will smoke those engines so I’m leaning on ram .
@@KenMcCune-wb3jp Tremor is a neurological condition that includes shaking or trembling movements in one or more parts of the body, most commonly affecting a person's hands. (wiki).. but speaking of the truck.. of course so would I haha
Not bad, but not as easy to notice it as a Warlock as you could the 4th gen Classic Warlock. Would have been cool had they done a little more with front end or side flares like they did the previous one.
I purchased a new 2023 Warlock Tradesman in Feb 2024. Black with factory bed liner, running boards, Hemi etourqe, 392 gears. I added black leather and heated seats for 3k aftermarket and it looks awesome👍58k plus tax a hell of a lot cheaper than the Rebel. It’s been great zero issues and a lot of fun o drive.
I driven and owned a 2020 RAM bighorn and 2023 RAM Rebel and honestly after driving both I rather drive both other than the warlock based on the 12 inch screen being missing on the warlock and the auto 4WD. (Not the high and low I’m talking about the auto 4wd next to the auto 2wd). Now owning the 2023 rebel it’s a game changer with digital cluster, 12inch screen, off-road tires, sport hood, leather seats, heated seats for both up front and back seats as well. Either way I rather have the best of the best just so I don’t regret buying a vehicle that I would not regret and spending more on down payments.
Don't get me wrong I love RAM, I own a 2023 Warlock. I think the warlock looks better in the "Classic" body style but that's just my opinion. Other than that another great review.
I think is so weird watching a review on this way ,because my laptop is damaged and I have no money for buying another one, however I enjoy watching these reviews because I´d like the cars, despite I don´t know driving.
Nice truck. I looked at this truck but, the rear seat did not have the floor space I needed and the dealership did not have any trucks with the 360 degree camera system. I will not buy any vehicles without the cameras. I went with a Heritage F-150.
I love Rams I had 3 but they are making the trucks unaffordable now. In 2016 I got a big horn sport for 45,000 then in 2019 I got my 2020 for 48,000 just a bighorn. Warlocks then were in the 30’s
Wow, 55k for no spray in bed liner, no remote start , no heated front seats or wheel . RAM is out of their mind. I will be keeping my 05 ram 2500. New trucks are still unaffordable.
Yes and no. For 2023 and prior Ford has the STX package on the XL (their work truck). But it's more of a sporty appearance package rather than off-road. You still get a center console, color matched grill, and 20 inch wheels though.
10% off 😂 not enough! Dealership is full of trucks and their asking prices make people laugh. Tha truck in todays market of Stallantis National over inventory should be 35k out of the door. They been in the lot months! Tires probably are damage, rats 🐀 in the engine bay, corrosion already inside door panels and the list just keep adding
Compared to the classic warlock (which I owned) it’s ugly and definitely has less clearance. Ram has become an absolute joke just slapped a badge on a regular 1500 and raised the price by $10k 😂 that’s why I bought an F-150 and man it is so much better than my 2019 Ram, better interior as well as a wonderful column shifter not that horrible knob. Ford for the win!! I never thought I’d say that but the truth hurts.
you didn't mention that this is the E-torque motor so its a hybrid V8 hemi 5.7L with an electric motor to get those 395hp and 410tq Dang that new turbo 2.7L 4 cylinder from GM in their full sized and midsized trucks puts out 310hp and 430tq so 20 more ft pounds of torque out of a 4 cylinder beating the hybrid 5.7L Hemi V8
Can’t do the 5.7 hemi. Love the Ram body style. But the hemi is outdated and lacking in HP and Torque. Ford Powertrain in a Ram truck would be ideal. 2025 Ram ditches the V8 in the 1500s. I work in the service dept at a Ram Jeep dealership. A very large dealership, I’d never touch a 5.7 hemi seeing what I see everyday. But to each his own. Warlock is a beautiful truck. But damn …. Put a decent engine in those things

this is easily the best channel for full sized trucks. there are so many choices these days that it can get confusing.
I’d like to see a comparison between a Chevy Custom Trail Boss and this Warlock.
I’m a Chevy fan
This is a better truck by far
5.7 hemi ,392 rear, rear locker nice steel bumpers

Custom trail boss ffers a four banger turbo and 5.3 witch I wouldn’t get for the fact hemi will smoke those engines so I’m leaning on ram .
I’m stuck in between the trail boss and warlock as well. Hopefully gonna look at a warlock today
As a poor man I approve of this “rebel”. All I need is a reliable 4x4 that gets me from A to B and won’t cost me an arm and a leg.
Then dont buy a Ram, I got a list of recalls before I got home from picking up my new Ram. Absolute pile of shit, they bought it back thank fuck.
Love mine! Paid a lot less out the door though......
Sounds like a 2nd gen tundra is exactly what you’re looking for
Agreed, I’m super happy with my 2020 Warlock , now with 40k zero issues
Check out the Nissan Titan if you need a V8
I really like it. I love how basic it is
I’m a big fan and I would like to thank you because you are the reason I have a passion for cars.
Same
I like how it’s a “poor man’s rebel” but I can’t afford this as a poor man LOL
You need 50k to spend on a poor man's base trim nowadays.
Yaay!! I have been asking you to do this video for a lil while. I'm glad you did Ben Awesome Thank you!
Ram warlock is a cool name for a truck. Love the name
Way better than Tremor 😂
I will take the tremor any time of the year
@@KenMcCune-wb3jp Tremor is a neurological condition that includes shaking or trembling movements in one or more parts of the body, most commonly affecting a person's hands. (wiki).. but speaking of the truck.. of course so would I haha
Ben got the best channel no matter what
Warlock is a cool "basic" truck. Best bang for your buck with RAM is still the Built to Serve edition.

As the title says warlock is a poor man’s rebel, but you aint poor 😃

I like it. Good for a daily work truck.
Saw a 23 1500 classic tradesman 4x4 with the hemi for 32k. Called dealer and they gave me otd price of 43k. I laughed and hung up.
Is 2023 new 2025 coming in wt he’ll dealer

2024 Ram 1500 Tradesman 5.7L V8 Hemi eTorque 8-Speed Automatic Warlock Special Edition Crew Cab 4X4!
Nice truck. I looked at this truck but, the rear seat did not have the floor space I needed and the dealership did not have any trucks with the 360 degree camera system. I will not buy any vehicles without the cameras. I went with a Heritage F-150.
I love this, but I want the Rambox and multifunction tailgate
I just love my 2022 Classic Warlock without etorque, just pure V8 fun. Prefer the look of it too. These new noses are not as aggressive imo.
I also have a 22 Warlock! Love the classic body.!
Agreed
Does this trim have the 4 point air suspension?
So there's no more classic ram warlock? They stopped make the classic?
Buddy just bought a last gen warlock for 44k
Just bought mine today
@@jheissongaona3935How much you paid? Does it comes with powertrain warranty ?
I’d get it.
I like it!!!!!! Is a base truck with some extras and a great look.
Is the rebel better?
Insane MSRP for that truck. MSRP should be in the 40s.
I love Rams I had 3 but they are making the trucks unaffordable now. In 2016 I got a big horn sport for 45,000 then in 2019 I got my 2020 for 48,000 just a bighorn. Warlocks then were in the 30’s
Base model. 55 grand.
Yeah "cheap"
Consided cheap these days.
Poor man’s Rebel??? I’d say if you can afford a 55,000 dollar pick up you doing ok!
I like the warlocks a lot more than the rebs
Definitely wouldn't want E Torque
Wow, 55k for no spray in bed liner, no remote start , no heated front seats or wheel .

Well get use to it. Everything is over priced and it's not going to change unfortunately.
@@jbug2350 it will have to change if nobody buys they will start lowering prices
Is there a ford version of this?
Yes and no. For 2023 and prior Ford has the STX package on the XL (their work truck). But it's more of a sporty appearance package rather than off-road. You still get a center console, color matched grill, and 20 inch wheels though.
How about China ev ?
RAM prices are crashing now. A 45 grand used ram 6 months ago now goes for 35k.

Torque really pissed me off. Last year for 5.7 and ram destroyed it. Very sad.
Poor man, or smart buy
Truck worth $40000 msrp

Just to think it needs 16 spark plugs to run and makes less hp n tq than its 6 banger compitition 😂😂😂.
Another really nice truck with nothing in it.
They need to add safety features like blind spot monitoring automatic braking
No, they don't, that's what your brain is for. Drivers need to be more attentive behind the wheel and not drive distracted.
@@davidcmatson lmfao, amen, just to think he/she/they/them wipes their own ass apparently 😂😂😂 ...
In 2024 trucks should have a better options for screens when it comes to the base trucks.
Thank you Ford, GMC, Chevy and Toyota.
Ram missed its mark.
Wtf😂. And Rebel is poor people TRX. Where does this end up? LOL.
Those infotainment are 20years old behind. Its ugly as hell for the year 2024
get rid of that etorque crap
