I have been binge watching all of your videos and I love every single one! I can't believe I came across this video today. I think it was a sign. My brother was one of the best lumberjacks in the state of Oregon. He went off to war and survived Vietnam only to come home and die in a logging accident. He was 27. Today was his birthday.
I was on my Alaskan cruise one year ago, traveling from Seward south. Loved seeing your Totem walk, something I could not do due to physical limitations. I did have an electric scooter ordered for the ship, etc so I did get to ride and check out the stores, etc in Ketchikan. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your cruise 🛳
We saw that same lumberjack show 16 years ago! Probably different lumberjacks by now! :) They also told us that Ketchikan is known as the rainiest city in the US! Enjoy your cruise... the scenery is beyond beautiful! I'd love to go back!

I didn't see Ken wearing his new pumps. 🤣 Come out to MN I have bald eagles fishing above me every time I go fishing on the Mississippi. Looks like you had/having a great time, I loved the month I spent in AK visiting my Grandparents back in 1983.
At this point in my life Alaska is somewhere I'll never go but it sure is lovely seeing it through you! Something I should have done years ago when I had flying privileges with Delta before my dad passed away.

We've been on several cruises, including Alaska twice. Never been on the Queen Elizabeth ship though and that is on my bucket list. It looks beautiful! Can't stay in a room without a balcony, however. I would get way too claustrophobic.
Can't even walk through Ketchikan in summer cause so many people everywhere and don't read the signs so you can't drive anywhere without tourist in middle of road taking pictures...to many people for small town...
