If those were as tight as my rear bracket bolts on my car that took me 2 days to remove that included a small torch and a now ruined long handle torque wrench (settle down it was a crappy Husky and I needed the leverage). My forearms are still bruised. It was July. 8 months ago! Man I hate those fasteners. Especially when they’re literally fused and even more especially on a ‘16 Sonata. Luckily it’s a mechanical E-Brake not them fancy Electronic ones. Book says it’s a 4 hour job instead of the normal 1.5. So for me it would have turned a 2 day job into 6? Well, not anymore. Strip the bolt? LOL. No. Won't strip the threads nor the head if you use the right sized socket. You sound like you're not familiar with doing this kind of work, but you're actually more liable to strip the head with a breaker bar because you're creating lateral forces in addition to rotational torque.
