My store is pretty chill, our dress code is lenient as well, they told me as long as I don’t wear huge logos on my shirts or look gumpy, it’s all good. Idk about the apron though, I know it’s not the right way to tie it so I don’t do that.

It kind of looks like theres a slash through the whipped cream. Its small, definitely, but if I saw it, then I wouldve guessed there was no whipped cream. But the caramel tho....

No you wouldn't, this has to be a Target Sbux . Because most Starbucks are insane with 6-8employees working more if it's a drive thru. Never one person left alone in regular stores.

I work at a Starbucks in Tokyo, we get trained for four months on cleanliness and rules. We’re so efficient we have customers in and out in seconds. I was shocked when I came to an American starbucks and waited 15 minutes for one drink. American starbucks need to step up thejr game
Karla Razo is right. do y’all not understand how iced coffee is made? it’s strong coffee and once you put the ice in it melts and makes it regular cold coffee. if you want cold coffee without a lot of ice get a cold brew... it’s not “wasting product” or skimping you, that’s literally how it’s made lol
Hi, do you have any advice for someone who's feeling extremely overwhelmed with all the recipes and information I have to know to work at a high volume flagship Starbucks?
Try just going over some recipes at home just read over them I know they have some online quizzes aswell. When your at work try putting the amount of syrup pumps written down on the cups to try to help you remember the amount with the cold and hot bar .

I know that part but on the bottom of the cup because there upside down when you pick them up write the number of pumps that go in the drink if you have trouble memorizing the number of pumps that go in the drink

Sbux does carry ice coffee/cold brew kits during warmer months. As frappuccino base is hard as is a sugar blend used to sweeten but also keep the drinking from separating.
Recently got obessed with Starbucks and this way too mellow even for instead being after hours! Here in New York, even the Starbucks in Target, malls, stop and shop are always Soo crowed and the service is very bad. Even if they have time to wipe things down, they won't, they will use that time to go on their phones

Clara i started about a month ago so i’m new as well!!! the ‘first sip’ is really chill and should only be 1 hour max it’s just doing some pairing and tasting!! super fun!! most of the training is online and has fun little tests at the end, you will also do some cash training and drink training which can be stressful at first but you get into the groove of things really fast

Shaila Macias brew iced coffee double strong and let it drip over ice. The ice cools the coffee down and will dilute it so it’s ready to drink!
