Hi! I recently applied at Starbucks and I'm excited but nervous, watching these videos is really helpful to have an idea of what working at Starbucks it's about. Do you know where can I study how to make drinks so I can learn a little bit in advance about how many pumps of syrup, shots, and other ingredients any drink has?
Hi! If you search Starbucks cheat sheet on Pinterest there are a bunch, but here is a link for a really big one. pin.it/reiq0G8 . Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!
Hi!! Starbucks cares a lot about the “customer experience” so basically they will probably ask you about what you would do in certain experiences. In my experience they care more about making the customer happy more than making profit persay. Just be super nice and genuine and willing to learn and you should be good! Good Luck!!!!
One tip that I have for you is to not feel down about not knowing all the drinks off the bat. It took me close to 6 months before I knew all the drinks. Even now as I’m approaching my second year I still ask other baristas the ingredients to some of the drinks. Just don’t be to hard on yourself.
@@Angelslife46 Omg same like I wasn’t even trained because of some issues with my trainer but I just learned everything from watching and I turned out just fine! I’ve been here for a year and still ask my partners all the time.
