I love how you are using metal straws and glass instead of plastic. I saw other cafe videos (they are so soothing) but I become so saddened by how much plastic they use. Loved your video
The black straws are reusable? They look plastic to me. I'd love to get them, they look cool
those straws she used are plastics tho.
That's bc these are stay in the cafe drinks, normally the ones that go in the plastic cup are for people to take wherever they go and I believe I saw someone say that in korea they handle pastic very differently from other countries and that there is not that much problem with it
the plastic cups they use are PLA corn. i looked them up specifically for this reason. they easily break down in nature and the black straws used should be biodegradable. Source would be different restaurant supplier sites to check on them
Don't worry about that. It's the law in Korea to recycle and they have an excellent recycling system. Everything from paper to plastic to glass even fabrics and aluminum has to be recycled there.

in all honesty, compared to cafes like palgong and yogerpresso, their ingredients are so much more and they use aesthetic cups, so effort level is so much greater than those cafes, also i like how you make every coffee so seriously, unlike other cafes who just does it for the sake for doing it

@@TyraWadman Yes I know that's what they meant. I've watched other cafes and they do pretty much the exact same thing so I don't think OP knows what they're talking about. I was also meaning that their comment didn't make grammatical sense.
well palgong and yogerpresso are larger chain cafes like Starbucks; the one she works in is not, so ingredients and aesthetic will be on the owner's taste and what they decide, thus possibly higher quality and higher price.

Mr Boe they put it in a machine that spins the milk and heats it up, this traps water vapour and air in the milk

Oh my gosh! You guys also use metal straws! I plan to be more eco friendly when I stand my own coffee shops (even though I'm just 10 yr. Old). that's why i want to use less plastic. when making those fruit grapefruit drinks, do I need 'sparkling' water or 'carbonated' water works just fine?? I'm not sure what's the difference but I've only seen 'carbonated' water sold on our nearby grocery stores.
