The Mandeville Market is in a state of crisis , no proper bathroom, roofing or water supply. It has been taken over by garbage,rats, roaches , pickpockets. The parish counsel has not been doing any daily sanitizing or maintainance to its infrastructure which is now creating choas and problems inside the market.
