I'm working on the Platinum as well as I got the Platinum's for 3 & Vice City. I even do have the Platinum's for those games from the ports to the PS4 with the OG game mechanics. If you think this is a nightmare, go try playing those ports. Besides all of that, I think most people on TH-cam play the game wrong. They will first play all of the story missions and then they decide to do the rest. I never get that. I do all possible side stuff first and if there is nothing to do besides main missions it's go time and then I'm having a blast for 90% of the time! Why would you wait with the side stuff 'till you're done with the main story? You can get so many perks by doing that which can be handy in the main story like being fireproof by completing the firefighter side mission. Despite this well meant rant: Congratz with da Platinum man, it maybe took a while but you've proven yourself to be a real Grove Street Homie =)
I didn't expect a channel as small as this to make something this enjoyable to watch :) hope your channel gets bigger in the future, you definitely deserve it for the amount of effort you put out :))
