It's amazing to see someone listen to a guitar solo like that and ignore it

The sign of a good song for me is if I can listen to it over and over again and never get tired of it. Camel has many of those songs for me including this one. And Andy Latimer had more ideas in one solo than most guitarists have in whole albums. He takes you on a ride.

This solo is totally out of this world! Pure bliss.

great reaction friend! Camel is perhaps the group that reached me the most in my entire life. I am Argentine and we grew up listening to good rock. In Buenos Aires very good Rock was made but it was in the shadows until the youtubers began to spread it on the networks and appreciate it for its quality. I humbly recommend you to listen to "La Grasa de las Capitales" (remastered version) by Seru Giran and otta listen that it is worth starting is "El Capitan Beto" by Luis Alberto Spinetta. They will not regret it, indeed, they will be surprised. A hug !

Camel had so many great albums! I've been listening to them since the 1970's, and their music never, ever gets old. I love this band!

Fun fact: Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth loves Camel and once stated something like: "I can't understand how I can love elevator-music so much" 😊

Without Camel doesn't exist Opeth. Strong influences in their music

If anything, the solo is too short… I could just listen to it all day (and I often do..)

You should react to A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers by Van Der Graaf Generator

I really liked it. Sounded like bass and drums were machine operated overdubs though

The bass was crystal clear. And I don't know, the drums seems only triggered.

Well... Love Camel but this kinda soft-disco effort isn't really for me. Not bad but so inferior to most other songs from their 70's catalogue.

Thanks for your comment on my request,
We are both fans of camel. You are friends.
      I understand your opinion.
He has already reviewed the Mirage album.
Also some songs from Moon Madness.
I wanted to show him other side of camel.
      Soft-disco, you are right.
But still I love the guitar solo at the end of this song.
      Don't you think it's beautiful?
Please let me know your recomend song for next request.

@@Aki-Ho Well my friend, from Breathless I think "The Sleeper" and "Echoes" are very cool rides, "Down on the Farm" is fun and different and yeah, besides "You Make Me Smile" I'd take any song before "Summer Lightning". (Sorry....) Agree about the solo being great though. Just a bit allergic to disco-sound incorporated in "prog songs" Prefere a good soul-disco song any time (but not a fav genre) 😊

      @@progperljungman8218, My brother.
      Great !
Sleeper and Echoes are two of my top three in this album.
He's already reacting to Luna Sea, so I chose the most catchy song this time.
The next request will be Echoes.
