Moo and her babies was a great experience to witness and I am so glad it all worked out so well for them and you. Not only were you able to reduce your own workload and stress sounds like they all went to great homes and made even more people happy. I was worried this was a sad story but I am relieved because there is so much going on there you needed this. Thanks Gubba!
I know it’s hard going through changes on the farm. But I’m glad she’s still okay and her babies are. We are looking into dairy goats since we want to start small. Love your channel Gubba ❤
Animals are great but they can be time consuming and stressful. I think you made the right decision for your situation. Super happy you found them a good home. 👍
You done good Gubba. That was a huge commitment, there was a lot of good experience to take from it. And plus you made sure they were going to a nice happy home! See ya soon
Sounds like a good decision to me Gubba. BTW, I have a neighbor that has property on either side of me, and when he separates a calf he places it on the other side of me. I get caught in the crossfire of the cow and calf calling out for each other in the middle of the night for a week or so. It's literally like a couple of foghorns. A bit funny, but I have to force myself not to drum up a rifle in the middle of the night, I'll tell you that HAHA.
I know that was rough on you to send Moo way I know you loved her and that’s why you did it. I enjoyed watching Moo videos and I will miss her too. I’m glad she went to a good home.
Maybe, I'll be doing lots of thinking on it this winter. I know for sure next year I want to focus on Gardening and build that into at least 100lbs of food grown.
that's why homesteaders and farmers from back in the day, had large families. Someone for every job. Both My cows are dry at the moment. But when they calve, it's gonna be hectic....

Thank you coolspot
Shows great character doing what you did.
Hey Gibba! Would you consider getting a Mini Jersey Milk Cow? They produce less Milk and are easier to work with. Thanks for the memories Moo!
