I first found out about Peacemaker when The Comedian from Watchmen is based off of him. Good thing I discovered more details before John Cena was casted as him in The Suicide Squad. When John Cena called him a douchey Captain America, I knew where this was going especially when I read the comic and watched the movie of Watchmen. I’m also excited for the HBO MAX show.

I don't think Peacemaker is a normal human being. In the opening scene of the Peacemaker HBO Max series, the doctor said that he was shot in the neck and the whole building collapsed on him but he still managed to stay alive. So, he does have Superhuman strength and durability.
He by accounts is a mountain of a human. And bloodsports bullet is so small it probably missed the jugular. Building collapse is probably the easiest as the ocean was right there

love the way that DC and Marvel have built up smaller characters to fan favourites. Guardians of The Galaxy, Peacemaker, Shang-Chi (Kind of) it gives the universes a whole bunch of more depth.
