I don’t see Deadpool as an actual psychopath. Vigilante is legitimately a psychopath but has a ‘hero code/complex’ that keeps him from just being a scary serial killer instead of a…well vigilante. Deadpool is joking/funny on purpose…Vigilante is just the way he is unironically.

I love how they made him a complete idiot but an extremely competent killer. Going in blind to peacemaker when I first saw him I thought he was going to just be a gag "always gets beat up" character. I fucking love how they portrayed him. People compare him to deadpool but I don't think they're that similar. Deadpool is very witty and is always cracking jokes or being sarcastic. Vigilante is just a straight up idiot, but he's hilarious and extremely deadly. I also love that he's a fucking busboy whenever he's not out killing people

If Ryan Reynolds retires from it or feels he is too old to play Deadpool I think it is safe to say we have an actor who proved he could certainly fill his shoes with his performance in this show. Stroma definitely has the natural sharp wit, comedic timing and can handle improv with ease from what I can see.
