EGR coolant line leaking on a 2015 freightliner M2 with Cummins

The part is called a Cummins Water Transfer Tube. Part # 5262364 I had the same issue and this fixed my truck.

When this leaked did it leak sometimes or constantly? Also did you get a egr code?
