I have an hp dv6 am having issue with the recorder I already tested it with other software's like Skype and tencent gaming buddy it not working I also uninstall the drivers and installed the update

My problem is that I had an old user account in my windows 7 hp mini but that got deleted i dont know how so after i made a new one i saw that my sound is not working it says one or more audio services isn't working or something like that and my itunes got deleted as well so i tried this it didn't work so what do i do?

@@MDTechVideos what really happened was that i am using an hp mini netbook so i tried logging into my user account and then it kept loading and loading and when it was finished i saw that it automatically changed to my old account and my current account was deleted then when i logged in to the old one i saw that the speaker was muted so i tried unmuting it didn't work so when i pressed the volume icon it said one or more audio services isn't working and the itunes app in my laptop also got deleted
