I just can't imagine what it must be like for a family that has a loved one serving in a combat unit. Knowing their loved one is in harms way everyday. My heart felt thanks to the service members & their families that protect us every day.

Adam Broomfield I know exactly what you mean, I’m retired Security Forces, my oldest is in the Navy as a Seabee and my middle son is now Security Forces deployed currently in the Middle East.

I like the way the next speaker waited to let them have their moment.
Of coarse he waited, he knew this was gonna be happening.

This is real life and almost made me cry.families should always be close but I know it's not real for some families but again this is what makes me happy to see this.
They all do the first hug, step back and look, and then go in for seconds.
I don't have family serving and i don't even live in America but when ever these videos come up i can't stop watching. They always bring me to tears. ❤️

The old man at the podium (the Principal) helped set the whole thing up. There was a longer version posted but has been removed where he told her how hard it was for him to keep the secret for a month. I honestly believe he was caught off guard by the Audience response.
The man behind the podium was stressing me out. How he was so ready for it to be over.
There was a longer version of this that has been deleted. He wasn't expecting the response it got and he was in on the planning of the brother being there.
