    USELESS PO ang pag ggym nyo kung lalamon din kau ng mga high carbs meal..... na try ko na yan dati kahit 1 cup or rice pa tapos lunch and dinner akong kumakain d nmn ganun kalaki ang binaba ng timbang ko...... so after years umabot ako ng 113kg so b4 2019 nakita ko d2 sa pinoy md ang LCIF so napag tripan ko WALANG EXERCISE po nakaupo lang ako pero LESS CARBS po ang kinakain ko like veg and meat lang,NO RICE NO PASTA NO BREAD NO SWEETS.... SO ayun after 5 months frm 113kg ngaun 88kg nlang ako d man mabilis kasi minsan napapakain ng sweets pero malaking resulta talaga...... WAY OF EATING po yan tapos fasting like me 1 meal a day lang...

      Ako po parang ayaw ko mag pa payat Kase ansarap Naman kumaen eh tiyaka page nag gym ka mapapagod ka Buti nga sakanila ansarap Ng ulam Kong nandiyan Ako ubusin ko Yan lahat

      Hindi useless ang pag g-gym, wala ka lang talagang disiplina when it comes to food intake.

    yung 3 lang ang obese. yung anak na lalaki overweight lang. magkaiba po ang obese at overweight..

    Why are we using lbs when we're in the Philippines? Use Kg!

    Dapat low carbs din kainin..useless ang workout kng kakain parin ng high carbs na foods.. avoid rice,pasta,sweets ..sure papayat ka.. more egg lng at water..sure papayat ka

      Ako po sobrang lakas kopo kumaen gusto ko Naman Po mag papayat kaya lang nakaka pagod tapos anlakas ko din Po kumaen

      Don’t avoid dietary fibers that are found in rice and pastas but instead count your calories and stick to it,in order for you to have a better physic you need to lessen your calorie intake,note that it depends on how you weigh,your gender and your height,your body also need sugar for energy,try incorporating honey on your diet,also our body mass/weight fluctuates everyday due to the food we ate so monitoring it every single day doesn’t make sense.
      I used to consume 3500 calories and I’ve been sick almost every single day,my mood is very bad,I was irritated,I couldn’t sleep,my brain was not active,I feel heart palpitations and I have a hard time breathing,now I try to be more active,consuming 2000 calories per day,working out,weight training and I couldn’t say that I’ve never been happier before,also I try to eat less food that are processed and instead I eat fresh foods and I can say it totally makes a difference.😉

    Buong pilipinas wag gagamit ng sugar walang sakit at walang obese - Ang pinag uusapan dito IS SUGAR - REMOVE SUGAR IN OYUR LIFE Para ito sa mga nagbabasa ng comment na hanggang ngayon addict pa sa SUGAR.

    Root crops pinalit ko sa kanin, ayus 64 kilos, 60 kilos n ko, tapos 10,000 steps a day or 8000 steps a day. Ok ang kamote, gabi patatas, carrots. Iwas muna ko sa white bread at white rice.

    Ang batang hndi sinanay s simula sa gulay ganyan ang magiging prob... sa mahal ng bilihin ngayun, at nagkalat ang mga sakit..😊

    Puro carbs pinakain.dapat low carb diet gawin.kasi pag high carbohydrate kinain nio.magiging palagi kayong gutom.

    mag low carb kayo - first no sugar then no rice then fasting - walang silbi ang gym lalo kayo mag obese niyan

    paano kung ang unang dalaw ng babae ay mahina ang daloy ng regla?
    may masama po bang epekto ito sa katawan?
    first time lang po kase maranasan ng kapatid ko yung ganung sitwasyon
    madalas po kase sa unang araw ng regla nya, ay malakas ang daloy ng regla
    pero ngayong kakaroon nya lang ng regla
    is mahina ang daloy nito

      Hindi naman, kasi cinacalorie count. Ito ung mas healthy diet kasi di mo stinistrict diet mo. Pwede ka kumain ng gusto mo pero limit. depende sa weight mo ang calories pwede mo e intake.
