I just noticed, when Luigi is close to the lava, like on a crate in the lava, he shakes, and you can hear it if you stand still on a crate.
Edit: He also shakes in cold areas. Like in the outro of this video, he is shaking.

There's a "Don't touch the floor after leaving it" clear condition....

Pataeto Master it means, as soon as you jump or get off the floor, you cannot touch it again.

Long time ago i built a level with another idea. It was that you can only use 1 crate for the full level but you can destroy it
Idea #2 reminds me of the Game & Watch game 'Fire Attack'.
If I had a switch, I would make a level called, Axel's house of Challenge :)
There's this old game on the Gameboy Advanced just titled Game & Watch gallery and the bomb stopping part remind me of that game and it had Mario characters in it

Ciao :) Mario non entra nei tubi mentre striscia nelle pareti. Per entrare c'è bisogno di un piano d'appoggio orizzontale (la cassa in questo caso) all'ingresso del tubo.

here a idea. boss battle field. and i have one idea for you.boss bar. i tell you it pick any ideas for your boss then make a stack of munchers last make a pipe with POW blocks. then you are done!
those red boxes how are they not melting from the lava?
It’s the Mario universe with turtle like creatures (Bowser and the Koopa Troopas and other koopas) that breath fire and all kind of different stuff don’t question it.

I didn't even know that power up could summon boxes.....
Just have to research a little more, there could be more good stuff to discover in the game.
If you put a 10 Coin behind bullet blasters it’s hidden. If you hit the bullet blaster you get the coin
