Classes like this one are a testament to the powerful simplicity of yoga. No fancy or over the top sequencing, no dramatic speeches, no loud music. Just basic poses, sequenced to feel good, along with phenomenal instruction. This was perfect. Thank you :-)

I been trying to complete this entire yoga session for a long time & finally got through the whole thing today.
I've run a marathon, half-marathons, deadlifted hundreds of lbs, done hundreds of pushups, crunches n squats, yet yoga presents a particularly unique challenge to the mind & body that makes me feel energized & accomplished in a way that I love. Goodlookin for this routine yall! i appreciate it.

I've been watching different beginner vinyasa flow videos and this is one of the top 3 of my choices. No chatty instructor and straight to the point. Just simple yoga practice and she got almost everything covered - the up and down dogs, cats and cows, eagles and pigeons and crow (this one might take time), trees, chairs, suns and moons, warriors 1- 3, bows, dancers, happy baby and child pose , etc. I get all I need in 60 minutes. Thanks for sharing a great video !

When I first tried this practice, I thought it was going to kill me, but I've stuck with it over the past year and have added other Floating Yoga School videos to mix things up. I have more energy, a healthier appetite, and have dropped from a size 12-14 to a 4! It's been a lifetime, but I finally appreciate my body. I love that these videos are easy to follow, don't include music, and that Helen's voice is matter-of-fact with straight forward instructions. I did a lot of searching, and these are the best at-home practices I have found. Thank you!

Yes! I love including people of all levels in my classes because it helps me as a teacher and hopefully inspires other students. None of us will have "perfect" form in every pose (whatever that means!), and we definitely all benefit every time we come to our mats to move and breathe!

I've had chronic lower back pain for over ten years, I went to Vinyasa Yoga class for only 30 minutes (our group was late) but wow, did those 30 minutes make a huge difference in my life. When I got home I noticed something strange - no pain!! I was used to living with daily pain so long it felt strange to have an absence of pain. I've subscribed to your channel so I can start doing these at home - my work schedule prevents me from pursuing classes in person. I appreciate your channel - namaste!

A well-rounded practice. Clear instructions and good pace, allowing enough time to settle into poses to strengthen and stretch.
I had a regular vinyasa/power yoga practice and with a few modifications, also found it to perfect to burn some energy as I begin my third trimester of pregnancy since there isn't an abundance of crunches and belly time in this sequence. Thank you for sharing!

I am a teacher and I have to say and apologize energetically to this lovely teacher - I resisted this video and thought it will be super annoying ( usual exaggerated and dramatic speech of american teachers just makes me wanna run, no offense anyone, but its yoga, not theater), but I tried it anyway (gut feeling won) and it is an INCREDIBLE vinyasa class! highly recommend - exactly what I wanted, nothing crazy, no acrobatic movements to impress anyone, perfect and profound daily practice! Extremely grateful, saved into favourites! much love your way

She keeps me in class. One day i will be ready to do what she and the class are doing.

This class is by far the best beginners class I've come across online. Not too fast paced, clearly explained, hard enough work to make you feel energized but not so hard its off putting. The sequencing is perfect for me. I also struggle with the balancing-on-one-leg poses, as one commenter has said, but I just hold onto something and let go for a few more seconds each time - which is working!

I love this flow. I use it as a benchmark. I am on the tail end of recovering from a jujitsu injury. After a year of PT and Yin Yoga I attempted this flow for the first time. I didn't last 15 minutes. I went about my business; PT, Yin, finally returning to jogging. I've checked in with this flow from time to time, always I was improving but it was always murder. Today I did the whole thing. I still have issues w/half moon and other of the more "athletic" postures but I am progressing. At the end I was able to calm my breathing without it being an impossible deal. I am very much looking forward to working with this flow further. Thank you so much for posting it.

Your classes are wonderful. I gave up my studio membership in March because I am in my mid 60’s. Most days I do either one of your classes, or of a local teacher, Marie Triplett. Both of you are helping to keep my body strong, balanced and flexible, my mind clear and my heart open.❤️🙏❤️

Love that the video is shot at an angle, super helpful.
