Saiki, in particular, was in Goddess mode during the entirety of the concert from which the OLV was produced. FYI...Miku (Band founder/rhythm guitar/vocals) worked at a maid cafe and came up with the idea of forming a band dressed as maids. Until next time...cheers!
I suggest the Ohrenje YT documentaries on each member. Miku btw is the one who worked at a maid cafe( red rose). She founded the band, came up with the concept, & found all the other members, which is astoundingly impressive, especially given she is an 810 year old pigeon, Po.

But done so differently (one was Saiki, solo, playing piano - WHICH NO ONE KNEW SHE HAD LEARNED TO DO - that out of the 33 songs some of us didn't even realize until afterwards that a song was repeated 😵
@@stevehall5128 There was some clips of her playing Choose Me on piano on Band-Maid Prime about a year before, so we knew she was learning. To be fair I totally forgot about it until she sat at the piano in YokoAri!!
"Choose Me" -- a song featured in the Netflix original movie "KATE" and the HBO Max series Peacemaker as BAND MAID, has so many great RnR chops, it's kinda unbelievable. From Saiki's old-school phrasing, cadence and a super soulful vocal at the end; MISA's driving bass, her special riff after Kanami's brilliant, rocking main solo (complete with harmonic pinch), and her pulls at the end of the song that really funks it up with Akane's drumming; to Kanami's original composition, off-beat octave stretches during the verses, and her addition of a second uncomplicated yet super tasty solo; to Akane's unique snare & tom flurry that launches the choruses; and to Miku's octave-down, in & out vocal backup and lyrics... all makes "Choose Me" a throwback rocker that surprised me when I first heard it - and I'll bet most anyone - that they would come up with this western-style, rock 'n roll classic. Of course, after years later, it's not surprising at all coming from this important band of geniuses who are, along with The Warning band, almost single-handedly bringing back the joy of rock. Nice reaction😊 I got to know BAND-MAID when PassCode and BAND-MAID performed together some years ago, and I liked this song so much. PassCode is another Japanese girl group with a unique musical style(Kawaii Metal/Electronicore, 3 vocals and 1 screamer with backing band), so pls check them out as well. The song “TAKING YOU OUT” is most popular among reactors, and I also recommend the song “GROUNDSWELL” for a recent song🥰

Miku worked in the Maid cafes and is the one who came up with the concept and actually started the band.
I'm an honest guy, Jay, & BAND-MAID are the most awesome Hard Rock band since God said "I'm taking Sunday off i've got tickets to see B-M live" :)

The Netflix movie Kate had the Maids play this song live in one of the scenes also Peacemaker used it as background music in an episode.
