I like how in Australia if a 13 year old works in a fast food restaurant it is not considered child labour but if a 13 year or 15 year old works in textile factory in Bangladesh or China so their family can eat it is considered child labour.

@@CaptainEasypants that’s usually because the manager won’t fill the fryers up enough because it’ll supposedly “spill out” and “burn Becky’s face off again” so you have chips hanging up out of the frying oil but at the same time the timer rings for about 2 minutes after finish time before someone takes it out of the oil because we’re all too busy arguing with the cooks for why they didn’t have 200 wicked wings prepared in the event that a family of Vietnamese people would come in at 9pm and order 200 wicked wings after learning that no we don’t have hot and spicy chicken even though they claim we had it last week when we haven’t had it for over a year.
Some places don't season the chips while others put tooo much on.
It doesn't even make sense I used to work at KFC and the chicken fryers are on a timer so it shouldn't happen

When I worked there, people asking for fresh chips was like every second order. But as a pretty regular customer, I’ve probably had one frozen chip and maybe once every six months a batch that was stale. So I can’t see how people are this unlucky. Especially frozen cause you just empty a packet into the deep fryer and push the chip button.
1:45 literally every car in front of me when I'm in the drive through. Now, I'm spending far more than I should at Texas Chicken.
If there's anything that I'm not going to forget about KFC it's the fact that their drive-thru consists of half the customers waiting in the parking lot for their orders.
In the US this is also accurate; however, the entire staff are also on their phones and ignore you for about 10 minutes when you’re at the register. Then they make you feel like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever just for ordering food. Then an hour or so later when you’ve received your food, you get mugged.
And then you get shot

As a former KFC worker the only wrong with this is the free KFC thing. KFC considers it stealing so you only get free stuff if you have a manager who's cool which since it's KFC almost never happens

Seemingly lesser known thing, the wipe is meant to be used first, so your fingers are clean the handle the food. Never seen anybody else actually doing it.
Try it, the wipe is usually warm when you get the meal, that's how you know I'm right 😛

I've worked in KFC and it baffles me how food would ever be raw, it's usually overcooked and soggy. They keep those things in the holders for at least an hour before serving, especially in preparation night shift. And the collectromat machines cook food the same way every time. It's pretty much foolproof.

"Shit through the eye of a needle" is a new phrase to me. My grandmother used to say "Shit through a keyhole and not miss a drop"... I still don't know what either of these phrases mean, but they make me smile.
Imagine a pressure washer's water stream.
What makes it so powerful is that each individual stream is very thin, concentrating pressure and basically stabbing through things like a knife.
Take that analogy and imagine someone's anus after a KFC meal, except only having one thin, strong stream instead of the many with a standard pressure washer.

For a while at our local KFC I really lost faith in their staff for a good while.
Not only would they simply not fulfill orders correctly and don't give you what you ordered (They never give too much though, surprise), they also eventually just prepared me a burger that lacked the bottom bun. This was after they already fucked up the order once and didn't include the menu item I paid for, so I was pretty amused when I opened the burger box and found it looking complete only to go home, try and take a bite and find the fucker being bare-assed on bottom.
They changed workers frequently and I can see why - most of the employees in that shop looked severely underqualified for the job, which is pretty wild considering that they're selling fast food for people to eat and potentially get sick from.
as someone who has worked at KFC, this is very accurate. but you forgot about the gravy being made out of the oil used for frying the chicken after a week, and the rats that falls in here and there.

My first job as a 14 year old was KFC!! For three years until I turned 18 and they cut my hours!! I reckon I can still at the age of 50 I can still make a chicken fillet burger!! Not too mention you came home smelling like grease and you could ski on the floor of a KFC Restaurant!! LOL!!

When I worked there I always made sure everyone had fresh chips with extra salt and I triple coated the zingers not double coated so they tripled in size, extra lettuce 🥬 all that

Heya. Person from New Zealand here. I went through the KFC Drive Through and I kid you not, there was indeed a Tarago playing Samoan music, that ordered about 7 buckets, and God knows how many bags of other stuff. It took them 20 minutes AFTER I arrived to finish the order. And when I arrived they were out of Mashed Potatos and regular chicken. I was honestly quite surprised these claims weren't exaggerations.
I'm just so amazed how Murph manages to get so many uniforms.
