Go onnJennys RC, buy the extra battery tray stuff, extended battery to 4S Space. Then go onto the 4S Kraton, get the motor / esc. Upgrade spur gear to METAL Change Diff Fluids = Insane and perfection@@SketchRC-
Bought mine, the Fox Edition 3 years ago. Love it! Very nimble little RC. I horde parts off Jennys RC, just in case LoL (Have Tons). All i have done is: 1. Uograded Servo & Mount 2. Spur gear to METAL 3. Put 4S Spectrum ESC/Motor (Out of Kraton 4S), but run in 3S 4. Thicker Diff Fluids No Vitavon, M2C, etc. . .We race around on baseball field, with Paddle Tires. This RC is 90% perfect in RTR. I dont find it to be a stunt / jumper, but GREAT in its intendee environment.
I had this buggy 😅my hand at my local hobby shop one day but the 2 and 3s specs turned me off and I got a shitnut instead because it took 4s. One of the worst decisions of my life, up there with not using a condom with my baby momma! Good choice. Ps, I'm glad you're back to making videos! I didn't think I liked you this much! But hay don't know what you got until it's gone! Lol
Very easy to make 4S, extend battery compartment, and put Kraton 4S motor / esc . . .Done, and with metal dog bones is no issues, of course thicken Diff Fluid, and get Metal Spur Gear. I did all that, but run on 3S, keeps temps down and is epic, 2 years now.
Hey Sketchy and I say that with respect to your videos that are enjoyable to watch, I hope you find 1/10th scale rc is so much fun and they are so easy and fairly inexpensive to upgrade the electronics and gearing to make them the fastest and most versatile vehicles to bash and jump and race around by yourself or with others.
This buggy is my all-time favorite 1/10 RC. It handles well, drives well, jumps perfect, and is plenty fast on 3S. And it looks fantastic. It's just not a stunt truck. To me if feels mostly like a traditional 1/8 buggy that went on a diet...but it does still have enough weight to be feel planted. The desert tires are also a bit taller than 1/8 buggy tires so you do get a little extra ground clearance for bashing and rougher terrain.
I had the tenacity TT pro before ….sold it and then missed having it….. Found a couple of killer deals on eBay for a roller blue/white laesernut for $140…super clean…got it to run with some electronics I had ….running on 3s and nothing but breakage every time I took it out…front and rear diffs twice…I’m not a big basher either…pretty run my rigs like you do. Then I saw a new black lasernut on eBay for $360 shipped…bought that one thinking maybe this used one I bought was just a lemon? Nope…the black lasernut broke the same. Ring and pinions blew out! Ended up betting some metal diff housings and GPM gears….no more issues! I love this platform but dang losi 😢
The DB Pro did a great job off the jumps. I wonder if the wing is helping at all. It looks like it performs similar to a Lasernut but perhaps it's more durable.
Saw it's on sale on Amazon now... $399... might pull the trigger!
I seen that! Always how it works once I pay retail 😆 oh well, it kicks for 3s!
Idunno you should get the new traxxas 2s buggy for 399 😂😂😂
@@SketchRC-Black Friday and the holidays are right around the corner. Patience

I think it's really durable, I almost want to get a lasernut to see what its like.
@@SketchRC- I would imagine they are quite similar to drive. Losi does a great job with these buggies. Enjoy your DB Pro. It's awesome!
Would be nice to see a 2.0 with better diffs.💯🤷♂️
Just put new and thicker Diff fluid! And get the Metal spur gear . . .Golden
