I live in Winnipeg, Canada. They arrived in Winnipeg and tried to cross the border at a place which is 100km from Winnipeg. Here winters are brutal. Temperatures fall to -40 C. It's very difficult to survive more than 20min without proper clothing.

Because of this Immigration for wise students or people getting difficult. Thatswhy Immigration officers of different countries taking Indians as illegal and ask too much questions during process. This also making Indian passport weak day by day and the countries where Indian can go without visa decreasing .

I'm a sikh who came to US to attend a top-5 university to study Computer Science. It's already been 5+ years in US, have a high paying job, but I will have to wait 50+ years to get a Green Card simply because I was born in India. On the other hand, anyone who jumps the border and claims asylum gets his Green Card in 1 year max. The US immigration system is broken where people who follow the law are punished. I don't blame people from Punjab for doing this. In the end asylum is a legal right and people are gonna abuse it if systems like these exist. Most of the these people who came through asylum are enjoying their free privileges while I'm stuck in a lifetime visa limbo. US needs to fix this if they actually care about legal immigration rather than just blame people who try to take advantage via asylum.

I paid 12k and then was asked to pay 25k i was barely 19 yrs old then and had no money to pay so i came to know about donkey and directly went to Mexico worked there for 4 months and tried to know more about donkey and made friends who used to help in crossing the border. I myself saw people dying in front of me . I was so devastated and scared. But made it to USA
In UK they are called illegal immigrants. New rules coming in 2023 which will change the whole immigration laws in UK. Due to boats crossing from France to UK. Most Punjabis come using student visa. I'm a sikh who came to US to attend a top-5 university to study Computer Science. It's already been 5+ years in US, have a high paying job, but I will have to wait 50+ years to get a Green Card simply because I was born in India. On the other hand, anyone who jumps the border and claims asylum gets his Green Card in 1 year max. The US immigration system is broken where people who follow the law are punished.
I don't blame people from Punjab for doing this. In the end asylum is a legal right and people are gonna abuse it if systems like these exist. Most of the these people who came through asylum are enjoying their free privileges while I'm stuck in a lifetime visa limbo. US needs to fix this if they actually care about legal immigration rather than just blame people who try to take advantage via asylum.

I paid 12k and then was asked to pay 25k i was barely 19 yrs old then and had no money to pay so i came to know about donkey and directly went to Mexico worked there for 4 months and tried to know more about donkey and made friends who used to help in crossing the border.
I myself saw people dying in front of me . I was so devastated and scared. But made it to USA
