I bought what they called a 2'' Pillow Top about 10 years ago and it feels perfect on my king size bed. I will be moving and want this on a queen. The foam toppers I see now do not seem to be the same as my old pillow top. Seems like my old topper was made of foam rubber. I have heard all the talk about it being a petroleum product and all that and may be carcinogenic yada yada yada. The new ones seem to be all fluff. My old one was and still is a perfect mix of soft yet firm. CAN YOU STILL GET THE OLD VERSION?
For me a mattress topper can only be made from pure natural wool.. otherwise the commercial synthetic materials will just ruin my health and trigger my allergies. I bought my chemical-free topper from Home of Wool, highly reccomend it!!
