I have recently added isometrics to my workout. I have the Worldfit iso trainer and iso loop.
I just received a bullworker iso Flo and iso bow. I also have loop style resistance bands.
I also belong to Planet Fitness. I primarily go to Planet Fitness for cardio during the winter.
Normally I do bike riding when weather permits.
