There were some huge rats, what a good place some realy good shots to easy for a man of your calibre after all that compensation for this that and the other on those 250 metre crows you shoot. Very very professionally executed well done pal!
I love that you don't spend all night lining up a shot. And that you trust your rifle to make the shots between bars. Too many chaps here waiting for every rat to stand still and offer perfect broadside target. Nice going!
I like the slow-mo shots. A few of the rats looked to be of pretty good size. I know the rat dies on impact with a good head shot, but few of these even kicked much after being hit. Low energy rats that night, lol
Amazing shot at 5:34! Also on all your exterminations do you pick the bodies up? or is there some uselfullness that you get from the carcass, or just let theave them there?
I used to hunt rats at the dump when i was younger. With flash light; sometimes 22 rifle; sometimes shotgun. Wait until we hear them crawling around; then turn on the flash lights held under the stock and blast away! I swear a rat will keep kicking even after it is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi. I have my HW100 in a Rat Works for a service, tune & cylinder. When out, I'm going to buy a pard 008 lrf. I've heard there are alignment/height issues on the rail. Did you have to shim it? Or did it go on, no problems, straight out of the box? TIA
Thanks Luke,i did have to shim it pal but only to get the cross hairs around abouts where i wanted them but the 008 is perfect for ratting crystal clear
Cheers M8 on your success . I'd like ro ask time stamp 3:10 to 3:36 were those rats twiddle dim , twiddle dumb , n Larry, posing for a shot , being photogenic ? Keep up the good work. God bless y'all.
Outstanding night of rstting you had!! You shot them like relatively close distance right? The nv system gives you that possibility? I order a nv screen and i want to know if its enought to use a spring rifle or better my pcp.
Great shooting as ever! You said in the descrption you are using JSB 10.34 grain pellets. JSB Hades and JSB exact heavy are the same weight,i was wondering which ones you were using? I have both in 177 and have found that the hades have the edge on accuracy in wind free target work! I was wondering what your findings are? Thanks for another gr8 vid!
Thanks David i was using the Exacts i find them brilliant in 177, i havn,t seen any Hades yet in 177 but i use them in my .25 FAC and they shoot the best in that cal out of all the pellets i have tried..
Little bit of advice...on brain/spine shots, if back legs kick and/or tail "helicopter's", they are already dead, just nerves firing randomly. Don't waste your ammo shooting a dead rat again.
@@simon6ppc246 with the power of the rifle and a streamlined pellet, it is just making a clean hole straight through and exiting. It would be an interesting experiment.
Great night for you and You are doing your part of keeping these Rats in check for the farmers. Thank you Simon.
Thanks, you too Rodney!
That's mighty nice of them to turn on their little headlights so you can spot them easier!
I think so too!
I've watched quite a few of these ratting videos and I'm still amazed that they have that post shot reflex.
ye strange Pal
Head shots will do that.
Muscle reflex after a major brain fart induced by a pellet.
Is it just me or do others find great satisfaction when they flip flop into the water!!!
You're an excellent marksman and I'm glad your boredom led you to upload these videos. I enjoy your shooting.
Thanks a lot phyllis much appreciated
What a wipe out, lovely shots very percise, time & air + pellets well spent 👍👍👌👌👏👏

No pesticides, no traps, no messy glues, this is humane killing, great video!
Thanks again Sir.

What’s the average distance on the shots? I used to shoot at garbage dumps with a red light and 22 shorts! That was a lot of fun!

Nice shooting, especially on the triple. Did you know some of those rats can see the pellet coming, but their front end isn't as fast as the rear end.
Lol ye may be chip

Personally a PCP would be a lot easier pal but saying that a good springer would be ok
Excellent Stuff..
Glad you enjoyed it
Those rats look pretty big!!!
Ye they were Chris to be fair.
This is quite satisfying tbh
Thanks mate

Smooth, nice shooting.
Thanks Brian
Little bit of advice...on brain/spine shots, if back legs kick and/or tail "helicopter's", they are already dead, just nerves firing randomly. Don't waste your ammo shooting a dead rat again.
Thanks for that Tony
Nice shooting. Why not use .22 gauge?

Thank you
Great shooting as usual. Keep bring the pain!!
Cheers Philip
I HAVE 13 RAT SHOOTING SUBSCRIPTIONS,AND YOUR ONE OF THE FASTEST!!

Like fun!
Thanks Ron.
I wonder if Wad Cutters would produce a faster kill and more damage. Not that I mind on rats, just wondering.
Hmme may be Andrew but they are so tuff in all fairness
