Simon, please consider including more of your eerie experiences whilst out on the farms. I worked on several beef farms in Lancaster and experienced eerie things myself.
Great video Simon I really appreciate the time that you spend editing the videos and posting them for us. The 177 Wolverine is a great rifle for rat's in your hands. I'd say that you had an unseen friend following you around. Cheers Brother

I’ve just arrived back home from trout fishing today just in time for this video. Good way to complete the day. Your 177 Wolverine is a rat machine! Thanks always for bringing us along on your videos.
hey you remembered your magazines this time! 🥂 your setup is absolutely perfect for ratting, super quiet and the scope is indeed great quality, and about those ghostly experiences.......it is halloween after all.....lol
🇨🇱🤝🇬🇧saludos mr simon desde chile muy buena caceria nocturna realmente es indespensable realizar esta labor de caceria por que las plagas de ratas están descontroladas en todo el mundo un abrazo todavía se extraña a mr Jack
Excellent again Simon, I always give myself a fright when I’m scanning through the thermal spotter and I see my self when I happen to be standing near a galvanised sheeted gate or trailer. Gets my heart pumping for a few seconds until I realise it me. Carry on with your fantastic videos always look forward to them👌
Two great minds think alike Simon, I went out ratting on Halloween as well to get away from the trick or treaters😂 but I only saw and shot one rat but that will be changing very shortly as the permission I was at Ally the farmer hasn’t put his sheep indoors yet as the weather has been so good but once they are in that’s obviously when things will get a bit more exciting. Great video as always buddy, have a good week fella.
Thanks Simon for another great video. My Wolverine is broken. It's been back with Daystate for over a week now. I've not put a thousand shots through it. Hopefully it won't be much longer before I'm reunited with it.
Hi Simon Another good job I use the airarms s200 huma regd in 177 with the atn 4k pro on top It's brilliant but I can't help anchoring over your set up The hik MK1 scope looks so clear and are now affordable Why cant we ever be happy with our lot 🤔👍👍
Pmsl 😂 can remember going rabbit lamping on some new land years back in a basin with woods all around it me mate swears he can hear someone behind us put us on edge all night turns out it was our sound echoing in the basin lol😮 had a good night though just like your outing nice shooting Simon keep at em 👍
Hi mate, another cracking vid and a real promo for sub 12 ft/lb rifle shooting, way'da go thank you. I've just got myself 2 x Ultimate Sporters with walnut stock, one in .177, the other in .22 and had them converted to look just like the Ultimate Sporter XS which you can only get in FAC. I went for both calibres as I couldn't decide which one to go for but I'm gonna use JSB Hades in both of them and I can't wait to get out there with them. Thank you again for another superb vid. All the best!
Thanks Geoff and the Walnut stock Sporters do look well to be fair and shoot brilliant let me know how you get on pal as i personally tend to go 177 but both are lethal at the proper range.
To be fair i don't mind fireworks pal its just the 2 weeks before and may be a month after bonfire night that gets on your nerves every night even 2am in the morning lol.
Simon, more of a general question to ask you opinion as I know you have great experience with these two rifles, Which rifle and calibre is best for basic pest control of rats, rabbits, birds? Thanks and keep em coming 👍
Hi Simon, Could you perhaps give some advice regarding nightvision gear? I have never used nightvision gear, but i have caught a raccoon dog on my game camera, it is a invasive species here, so will really want to get rid of them, they make a huge impact on ground nesting bird population. What nightvision gear can you recommend? Its for my .223. Inputs are much appreciated. Best regards Mads, Denmark.
Another cracking video simon , I'm considering the daystate your using in the film but i can't get my mind off your fx king , budget for me but could you give me your thoughts on both plz if poss . Cheers
Hi Simon look forward to your videos cracking quality on the scope and that IR , I know the spooky feeling , when I’m out on a big farm you sometimes can hear a pin drop and without warning a gust of wind slams a barn door which certainly makes you jump 😂 thanks again 👍

Hi Simon. I typed into Google 'should I use rim fire or fac air rifle'. I found your post from years ago asking the same. I'm trying to get into it but currently a bit lost, perhaps like you were. I wonder if you would be willing to have a chat about some stuff, please?
Ye Tony the rimfire is an easier rifle to just buy and use but the bullets just ricochet for fun so are pretty dangerous un less you have very safe ground to shoot on, FAC air for me is a lot safer and a lot more enjoyable because of the this also it never ends in a good way mind ya to how much you can do to an air rifle and tune it so me personally go for the FAC air with out a doubt pal , but be warned they are very very addictive lol.
@simon6ppc246 thanks Simon. First task, get permission! Ha. Although that seems like an impossibility as well at the moment. You guys make it all look so easy
Simon, please consider including more of your eerie experiences whilst out on the farms. I worked on several beef farms in Lancaster and experienced eerie things myself.

Hi Simon look forward to your videos cracking quality on the scope and that IR , I know the spooky feeling , when I’m out on a big farm you sometimes can hear a pin drop and without warning a gust of wind slams a barn door which certainly makes you jump 😂 thanks again 👍
