Charging clients to ship a watch from one of your stores to another one of your own stores is crazy just so they can see the watch. They can potentially lose their deposit.
It costs money to ship a £18k watch and avoids time wasters. They can always get a return train fare for £100. I’m sure Bobby will take it off the watch price 😉
@@jdun88. I don’t disagree, all companies have costs attached to them running but it comes across like a rather pony company to not fit the bill for these types of things.

Could be the presenters voice trailing off, which happens a lot with various UK accents (along with smacking before speaking) , but this seems to be a technical issue.
