I somehow knew you were going to the Seiko boutique; that Navigator Timer is sick! I wish I could travel to London to check out all those vintage watches.
Great video, enjoyed it. Must say as a keen watch enthusiast, I haven't come across you on you tube before, but great work. Looking forward to the bagel review lol
I own 2 Seiko’s and I’ve had compliments from Air Stewardesses (back when flying was cool) and a military man who thought it was a military issue watch
for christmas i was very lucky to get the opportunity to choose my first 'nice' watch, went with an omega seamaster diver with the blue face and gold, and the matching strap, its such a lovely watch and costs more than Id ever spend on a watch myself, but i love wearing it out and about rather than keeping it locked up in a safe or away on a shelf im not part of the watch hobby or really know anything about watches at all, but its were i am in terms of watches and honestly the idea of making my own with aliexpress parts as you did sounds just as fun to me
I'm only now getting into watches, and your channel is one of the main parts of that. Still just getting some 'tester' watches - ones that aren't great quality but just to try out different styles on the cheap. I think I'll likely go the more vintage route as I like things with a history and that have stood the test of time.
Thank you for this armchair visit to London. I enjoyed seeing places and watch shops I probably will never get to in person. That gold Breitling is beautiful and so is your new limited edition Seiko.
Hi Elliot, just watched your video which was excellent, I would be a little bit worried about super clones, how could you get these watches authenticated as genuine.
It’s so cool that you came to London (I live in the area) to see some WATCHES! My favourite lol. Maybe next time you can snag an AP 😅. There are a few small antique shops aswell that sell more vintage pocket watches and things (I can name them if you like) but yeah maybe you could check those out one day!! Love your videos! ❤
I love watches, I have a lot of them, including 2 Rolex and a panerai. The windows you showed were amazing. My birth year watch is a Seiko Pogue but it’s nothing like that quality of Rolex.
Seiko still has not re-issued a 6139-6005 Pogue (photo was shown in the book in this video, right watch with the gold dial, chronograph). I have a Dec 1975 as an everyday watch for almost 48 years (original owner). After its last service, it is running +/- 2-4 seconds per day. Still all original. Very nice video. I have to past by the Seiko shop during my next visit to London.
I tried to stop looking at watches for hours and gave my collection to my daughter when I left the UK 7 years ago. I only took my rotary Daytona homage to travel with and it's still as reliable as ever and catching a few second glances when I wear it here in Thailand. Love the channel and watches.
I was recently in Tokyo for work. Visited the Seiko museum, then they flagship store in Ginza. Who should I meet there looking at the GS, but Nicholas Cage! Spoke to him for a few mins about watches. Lovely guy.
Next time are in London you should go to see the John Harrison time pieces that are on display. They are genuinely stunning and the birth point of every watch worn today
HA a audio commentary on the castles and the tax evasion 😀 I have a similar IZOD Lacoste shirt but it has the smaller bands and a green collar its only a XL so no way it would ever fit me lol.
INCREDIBLE VIEW. I THOUGHT FRIENDS GET FASCINATED WITH MY LOW BUDGET WATCHES 50 PLUS IN MY WATCH COLLECTION I'M FEELING THE SAME AS MY HOMIES WHEN THEY SEE MY WATCH COLLECTION TALK OF LEVELS.
I have -15% knowledge about watches but i always love to see the hunt & appriciation of collectables and someone who has true passion for something 🥰 Been following the retro future for a good few years now with allot of love and can't wait what the future of the channels are going to bring!👌 Never stop doing what you love to do elliot!🫶
Nice content and i love a Seiko too but the window sign near the beginning, £10 for 3 doughnuts is robbery!!! Love the watches but cant stop thinking about that price...and a busker taking card payments? Is this normal now?
That’s awesome. I do believe you are fully addicted now. lol Beautiful new Seiko. If you start dating, this is the same watch I had on, when I left. Line you use every time they ask if you bought a new one.
I used to be into consoles and emulators and I watched you for that but than I also got into watches than a few months you started posting watch videos
At least we know next video is a Bagel review video. And i cant wait for it. Edit: Does anybody got info on this Rolex? My dad owns one and i would love to surprise him with the info. He says he bought it when he was a teenager.
Hi Elliot, I currently don't have any actual means to contact you about this, so I'm just throwing this into the aither and hoping you end up seeing this. I have one of the rarest Nintendo Switch models ever produced estimated to be only in the thousands of them in existance only given to production companies to develop Switch games on called the Nintendo Switch SDEV, I also have a dock for it called the SDEV cradle, the SDEV turns on, but, well.... It's broken, the screen is smashed, the frame is bent, theres dents all over, the sticker on the back is ripped, and one of the joycon rails was completely torn off, it also isn't displaying anything since the HDMI port doesn't do anything, I have no means of attemtping any repairs on it myself and with a lack of experience repairing stuff I kinda don't want to, who knows whats on the device, there could be litterally anything on it, I don't know. If you are willing to try to repair this thing, please let me know. I will be happy to contact you privately.
Love Seiko, have now about 4 mechanical ones from Seiko in my collection. I import directly from Japan because I demand a Made in Japan on the dial, also no sane person should ever pay MSRP for one.
I’ve never been a watch guy but on my last holiday to Tenerife I spotted a Casio a168 in silver with a green camo face. Looks so retro I had to have it. As for expensive watches forget it they don’t tickle my fancy even if I had the money
There's only two ways this new hobby can go:
1. Elliot puts a watch in a Game Boy
2. Elliot puts a Game Boy in a watch
So...Game n Watch? Unprecedented.

It was so lovely meeting you!!! Thanks again for stopping for a picture and a chat! You are a amazing human!! ❤❤❤
Was lovely to meet you also!
An**
Came for the watches, stayed for the urinals.
Tax evasion😂😂😂
Oh my days Eliot….You’ve just awakened a new expensive hobby for me to binge on for years and years to come…
That Seiko is a winner.
I somehow knew you were going to the Seiko boutique; that Navigator Timer is sick! I wish I could travel to London to check out all those vintage watches.
I love watching watches!
Great video, enjoyed it. Must say as a keen watch enthusiast, I haven't come across you on you tube before, but great work. Looking forward to the bagel review lol

Elliot, I adore this video and your passion for watches. Would absolutely LOVE to see more of this content!!
Loved this :) Keep the watch videos coming!
You can feel the enthusiasm, the passion and the love for watches through youtube.
Great video, Elliot. Earned a sub! You captured some really great shots and it makes me want to visit London more than ever!

What a delightfully produced video!
This video is absolutely amazing keep up the good work!
Im so happy to see someone who loves and appreciates Seiko just as much as me.
Love the watch content. Would you ever do more videos fixing up broken watches from eBay?
I’m loving this watch content! Also, the cinematography exhibited in this video is beyond fantastic!
Hey, great video. Does your friend David have a website or anything to get in touch for servicing/selling watches?
It’s so cool that you came to London (I live in the area) to see some WATCHES! My favourite lol. Maybe next time you can snag an AP 😅. There are a few small antique shops aswell that sell more vintage pocket watches and things (I can name them if you like) but yeah maybe you could check those out one day!! Love your videos! ❤
I have no idea about watches but your enthusiasm for them made for a great video.
Great video Elliot. I said the same thing about those exact urinals when I was there!
Nice watch dude. Very cool. Can’t wait to see you service it in 5-7 years.
Great Video, I need to get myself down there. I’m looking for a 1978 GMT Master 1675.
Salt beef bagels!!
You need to go in there. Epic!!!
Many thanks for the beautiful episode. I just joined your channel
Nizar
Having a friend like David is like having a unicorn for a friend. There just aren't that many of them...
Thanks man! I try 🙌🏻
I love watches, I have a lot of them, including 2 Rolex and a panerai. The windows you showed were amazing. My birth year watch is a Seiko Pogue but it’s nothing like that quality of Rolex.
Love visiting Burlington Arcade when I’m in London.
Just keep an eye on that quality control at Seiko. Also something you may like is IWC, Bremont watches, and Doxa.
I remember several Sendico unboxing videos with you stating you'd do videos on all of it. Well? We're waiting!

Hey bro do you know what that songs called at 29secs into it
I tried to stop looking at watches for hours and gave my collection to my daughter when I left the UK 7 years ago. I only took my rotary Daytona homage to travel with and it's still as reliable as ever and catching a few second glances when I wear it here in Thailand. Love the channel and watches.
Nice Seiko GMT. Congrats!
Why when you mentioned the cool urinals, Old Gregg popped into my head😂
Love the macro shots!
Love this video
Thank you
You’re most welcome :)
Love your style mate
I wanna visit japan one day to look at watches there!! Super cool video. I love seeing these watch hunting videos
Especially to look at vintage Grand Seikos though
Really glad you enjoyed!
You’ve started my addiction to watches💯

I’m glad you like them! :)
Loving the watch videos
Love a Seiko, just bought a Seiko 5 for daily wearing, usually wear a smart watch, pretty tired of them now
I was recently in Tokyo for work. Visited the Seiko museum, then they flagship store in Ginza. Who should I meet there looking at the GS, but Nicholas Cage! Spoke to him for a few mins about watches. Lovely guy.
oof that red vintage daydate is gorgeous
Tax evasion got me
Love your content ❤❤
You should out Christoper Ward and some of the other smaller brands, maybe not the history but some great quality at 30% of the price
I'm not a Seiko fan but this one is claas 👌
Years. Ago I used to go down to greys market in Bond Street they used to sell vintage Rolex there. Is it still open this was back in 1997
I would absolutely LOVE to got London one day! :)
I hate how he Rolex makes you feel like your doing something wrong by entering their shops for a watch. It’s gone mad
it's not just rolex boutiques
Next time are in London you should go to see the John Harrison time pieces that are on display. They are genuinely stunning and the birth point of every watch worn today
That's Tower Bridge not London Bridge at 11 seconds in.
But, great video. Thank you.
Of the castles and the tax evasion. LoL. I would actually like to hear about tax evasion.
Liking this video because I want that bagel review
Does your friend David have a repair shop/link?
i was uncertain till now but i thought it was you i saw in london ahah

Wow, this was ace, fastest subscribe ever. Great content.
Thanks so much!
@@TheRetroFuture2 a vintage seiko collector too 🤫
I'm going to be honest, I have no interest in watches. I just watched this for the london footage 😂
Please don’t be fooled. London is a shithole
Travel, food and video games, exactly.
HA a audio commentary on the castles and the tax evasion 😀
I have a similar IZOD Lacoste shirt but it has the smaller bands and a green collar its only a XL so no way it would ever fit me lol.
INCREDIBLE VIEW. I THOUGHT FRIENDS GET FASCINATED WITH MY LOW BUDGET WATCHES 50 PLUS IN MY WATCH COLLECTION I'M FEELING THE SAME AS MY HOMIES WHEN THEY SEE MY WATCH COLLECTION TALK OF LEVELS.
That 1994 datejust your mate David is selling is beautiful.
I regret selling it to be honest! The jubilee dial is amazing
Brilliant film making mate
I have -15% knowledge about watches but i always love to see the hunt & appriciation of collectables and someone who has true passion for something 🥰

Out of curiosity: Are you experimenting turning your personal channel into a watch channel?
That’s awesome. I do believe you are fully addicted now. lol
Beautiful new Seiko.
If you start dating, this is the same watch I had on, when I left.
Line you use every time they ask if you bought a new one.
pepsi ring watches are so iconic especially the rolex ones and 1k is not bad a redbull f1 watch is like 1mil
There is a great tattoo shop off brick lane called Cloak and Dagger 😉😉
Burlington arcade ..that Vintage watch company great selection…but the prices they ask 🙈🙈🙈..check carefully to see just how they compare
Go to Soi Bukhao Pattaya --you won't be disappointed! Ask for Mr. Jack.
I have always wanted a Rolex, but always afraid of not getting the real deal as there is plenty of copies out there
I used to be into consoles and emulators and I watched you for that but than I also got into watches than a few months you started posting watch videos
Yes, I love watches BUT also the 'vintage' WALKMAN behind you..❤️ .Yes, I HAD one and yes, it's gone.... 😢
Channelling Steve from Blue's Clues
“The castles and the tax evasion” hahaha
Watches are great!
At least we know next video is a Bagel review video. And i cant wait for it.
Edit: Does anybody got info on this Rolex? My dad owns one and i would love to surprise him with the info. He says he bought it when he was a teenager.
Cool video, I’m down for different content
Very nice Video 👍🏻
Let me say this with all seriousness. I. LOVE. THE. WATCH. CONTENT.
the question should be why not buying the original release

Such a cool video
Buskers are the best way to avoid content matching.
I love these videos
But they’re bad for me
I’ll end up spending too much on seikos
Love Seiko, have now about 4 mechanical ones from Seiko in my collection. I import directly from Japan because I demand a Made in Japan on the dial, also no sane person should ever pay MSRP for one.
I’ve never been a watch guy but on my last holiday to Tenerife I spotted a Casio a168 in silver with a green camo face. Looks so retro I had to have it. As for expensive watches forget it they don’t tickle my fancy even if I had the money
That’s Tower Bridge not London Bridge but it’s okay, the Fergie made the same mistake in her song London Bridge
My father actually owns the Omega Constellation that appears in the video 😮
